If you’re thinking about buying a car here, ask for Ray. He helped make my experience a great one! Awesome experience with Brampton Audi! Waited a year for a cad but they kept me up to date with everything. When I arrived and picked up the car everything was ready to go. They walked me through the cars features, which was awesome ! I’ll definitely be coming back after I finish with this toy :)Special thanks to Alex for all his help! He’s the best I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership.

Went for service 3rd time now. They rarely have shuttle or service car available. It doesn't look like showroom management is interested in offering it either. Booking service via website is not recommended. Coffee machine is in such a bad shape it can seriously burn you. Audi wasn't expecting this experience. I have changed the rating based on positive experience from the service rep.

I picked up a used 14 Audi A4, went in knowing exactly what I wanted to leave with. Playing dumb throughout the process.My salesman, Zubair, was polite and easy to talk to.Unpon vehicle delivery, there was an issue with the SRS system causing a warning light to appear on the dash (water got into the seat module during the interior detail).The issue was resolved, however based on where I live (1.5hrs away), I had to leave the car a week before I had time to get there while the dealership was open.I was not very impressed with the communication from my salesman.At the dealership, after being discouraged about my recent purchase needing to be fixed immediately as I was ready to drive away and having to wait another week. I was told I would have answers Monday morning about what was going on. It wasn't until that afternoon after I reached out did I have an update.Even the following Saturday, I had to reach out to confirm that I was coming after a long week of waiting.As a first time experience with Audi Brampton, feeling this wasn't very pleasant or confident. I get that it's a used Audi (not really worth the big bucks for commission like a new one would be) but it was probably the easiest sale for my salesman to make.I would expect a bit more enthusiasm from the dealership as I didn't lose composure after having to leave my 'delivered car' another week and was understanding of the situation.As an owner of a detailing business, I'd highly recommend taking your Audi to an independent professional detailer. As under my floor mats were still soaked, even after a week of sitting inside at the dealership.A general lack of pride went into the detail and it shows. The boys there clearly need to be tuned in on vehicle detailing.Cam H

Shady business practice. Service should be ashamed for their fear tactic surcharges on things that don’t need to be completed. Honesty and transparency go a long way. I don’t mind paying more but when you inflate your prices then offer to drop certain “fees” when I tell you I’m taking my car elsewhere is unprofessional.

Came in 9 AM for 1st ever Audi Q7 service. It had alignment issues at the same time. Was told it will take around 2 hrs. I asked the service rep if I can have shuttle service back to my home or I can take an uber myself. Told me to wait. Never got any answer for 1 and Half hr. I waited for 2 hrs before I went to service rep to ask if it's ready or not. By that time I thought it's already 2 hrs, car must be ready. It was not ready. The rep finally walked to me after 2 an half hrs only to tell me it's gonna take another 40 minutes for the alignment as they did finally found out that the alignment was off. I asked the rep that he would have just told me the same about 2.5 hrs ago and I would have taken uber, simple. He offered me the shuttle service at that time which makes no sense to me as I have been waiting for more than 2.5 hrs already. Moreover he just walked away telling me that I should let him know if I am still waiting or leaving. WOW, just Wow. Never expected this from Audi dealership at Hwy 410 and Mayfield in brampton. Well, you learn everyday from your experiences. This definitely a bad one. I have been dealing with Ford and they do a thousand times better job than these guys. I guess I will have to take my business somewhere else. Very bad after sales service at Audi. I also have a BMW and their service reps are very courteous and they keep giving you regular updates about wats happening with your car and how long it's gonna take. After sales Service is very very important. NO more Audi for me.

This was by far the best purchasing experience I’ve ever experience in buying a vehicle and this is the 9th car I’ve purchased. Joanne was the finance manager working on my file, she went beyond expectations and made sure I was well taken care along the way and took the time to make sure I was in the loop with what was going on through the process. She loves what she does and it shows, I would 10/10 recommend requesting her when purchasing a vehicle. Chris the sales associate was also a great asset and always a text away when needed even after purchasing the vehicle. Great team, definitely worth the drive as I was from the opposite end of the city. Thanks again everyone!

I had been in touch with one of the Sales Managers, Shane, who had been telling me about a car he owned and was planning on selling with the dealership. Shane and I had been talking about the car over e-mail for over a year, discussing the service that had been done to the car, all the options the vehicle came with, and when it would be ready for me to come check out. Shane was super nice and treated me as If I was a loyal customer, even though we had never even met!The car was the right colour, the right options, and the right transmission (a rare 6 speed manual)The first time I entered the Audi Brampton building, I met Chris, the Audi Brand Specialist/Salesman who had been telling me about the vehicle through e-mail a couple of days prior.Chris was great. Very knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions about trading in my current vehicle, making sure the car I was purchasing was going to be in tip-top shape, and even throwing a bow on it and having it sitting in the delivery room when I came in a few weeks later to pick it up.I also met Joanne, who helped with all the paperwork, and also saved a few bucks with an Audi After Care service package, so I can be worry and stress free the next couple of times I bring my car in for service.While negotiation is very hard in todays car market, I was very satisfied with the price I paid. Chris and Shane made sure that I got a good deal, which made me even happier about my purchase.Everyone I spoke to at the dealer was super nice and friendly, and made me feel at home.Thanks again, Audi Brampton Team! I will definitely be back in the future!
