I had my wallet stolen recently and fraudulent purchases were made on my debit and credit cards at Esso, Pioneer, and Mac's Convenience on the Kingsway. I filed a police report and the officer investigating asked all 3 companies to share their security footage. Pioneer was the only company that agreed. Even though it's not a lot of effort on their part to send over their security footage, they had nothing directly to gain by putting in the little bit of extra effort, something neither Esso nor Mac's was willing to do. I'm thankful for Pioneer that they're willing to help out with police investigations in the city and I like their service :)
