St Clair Wash-A-Rama

I fail to understand how this place remains in business!Sullen, utterly hostile owners, half the washing machines and dryers are inoperable as well as the change machine being out of order half the time or empty.If they cleaned it up, washed things down and had the machines in good repair I think people would treat it more respectfully.The driers are FULL of lint which means when I try to dry things they are full of lint.Also- beware!I have noticed COCKROACHES three times merrily scuttling around in broad daylight- doesn’t that indicates a very heavy infestation?I only come here because I need to otherwise I wouldn’t.In the warmer weather we will go elsewhere.The past year I have gone it has been FILTHY.Stench of urine because of puddles of urine on the floor, piles of dirty clothes, overflowing garbage.Will not ever go again, now my husband drives me to another location which is clean and well managed.The owner clearly does not have what it takes to run an actual business!

This place where do I begin, well to start no a/c and no wifi although it’s advertised. Every single washing machine(that was working) was filthy animal hair, dirt, last persons soap… and of course no towels of any kind to clean with. Worst of all most wash cycles are 41 minutes while you can only purchase time increments of 20 for the power literally scamming you out of money just to complete the wash. Coin machine is broken. I guess one redeeming quality is the washers are new…. Only come if you absolutely have to!

Almost all of the machines are out of order, the owner rarely shows up to collect the money and the machines don't work because they can't store any more coins. Employees do a great job keeping the place clean but the owner is horrible.

Worst laundromat in the city. Even a person who lives in the building, which I do, would rather go elsewhere.

Says it's open at 7 am it's 11 o'clock and it's still not open

Laundry mat is ALWAYS dirty!!! Many machines are ALWAYS out of service!!! Crappy laundry mat. Don't use unless you absolutely have to.

Worst laundry mat I have ever been to! It deserves no stars. It is absolutely filthy, almost every single washing machine is ALWAYS broken, it says free Wi-Fi on the door but you can't access it because it's not posted anywhere, the customer service is horrible, no washroom and they have no place inside to buy laundry soap or fabric softener. This place is absolutely gross!!

Dirty and cold (heat is set to 17 and it is -16 outside). No bathroom, no staff. Everything is filthy and clearly not cleaned regularly even though the sign says it is cleaned daily. Awful.
