Shallow and lier'sWas told over the phone she had a room for me.On arrival she looked at me up and down and said oh no we don't have any rooms available.Racists and rude.

Have booked Many Rooms here for Friends. Book for myself room room rates usually cheaper if you book directly. Not here. Booked Room at one rate and charged more. Then after paying for two nights in advance to my credit card, they want a $100 deposit. Over two days have asked the manager to please call me. Promised each time would call. Have to park in the very back of the lot with absolutely no security cameras. No security. July 26, 2022 and pool is closed. Pictures of that are absolutely not true, staged for photo.It is disappointing that the manager, ignores requests for conversation customers. Tub burnt with cigarette burns and dirty coarded drain. No the place where customers matter it use to be. No wifi guaranteed in rooms and TV is very fuzzy. The Red Binder for a specific type of visitors. Let’s us all know that rent by the hour is available. YUK!PAY THE EXTRA MONEY and Stay at the two nearby hotels.Update: I went back to the front Desk to hopefully have a conversation with the manager. She came out of the back. I explained I had been waiting for her to call for two days. Her response “I am not obligated to talk too you” I stated I would add that to the review I had just done.Do Not Recommend. Stay elsewhere!

Sorry but this place needs a serious upgrade, I'm talking re redone. If my wife didn't want a horror movie experience for her birthday I wouldn't stay here with the way it is now. The pool if you call it that now was more of a ses pond. My toilet didn't work at first then I myself fixed it. And still paid way too much for the room. The cable TV is horrible snowy screen. No morning coffee???? No coffee maker in the room, nothing.

Avoid like the plague. Street would of been cleaner. No internet and put a proper frame on the bed. Really enjoyed hitting ankle on that .

If I could leave less than one star I would. The photos are misleading as the rooms are way worse than you could imagine. Black mold on the walls, bugs everywhere and the heater wasn’t working. It was freezing cold and the front desks solution was to give me a small space heater. We did not stay here due to the poor conditions. It’s not worth saving a few bucks to stay here. We ended up moving over to the Holiday Inn next door. I wish I had thought to take photos but I was not thinking of that, but my safety at this point. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I went there not expecting much and really, I got a pretty damn decent room. Comfy clean bed and complementary internet.Close by little pub with great house beer and food joints are next door. Close to the airport too.I’d highly recommend staying here for a budget overnight.Only gripe? Lack of hot water the next morning but I was told to let it run a little longer and boom. Heat.Good price. Good location. Recommend.

** Limited Customer service operation time**The most challenging part I found is Google Navigation. It took you to different places.Please note** Instead of turning towards 204 street, you have to take the right turn on Walnut Grove Pub & Liquor store" or in-between Pub and Chevron Gas station.**Good customer service. I went to visit a friend from work, and had to stand outside his door, or I'd have had to pay a $65 charge for visitor fee. I understand the need to keep a rougher crowd away, but this was at 8:00 in the morning, and I'm obviously sober and working.... Is this policy even legal?? It's a roof for people who need it, but I'd avoid this situation at all costs. Feels like a low security jail to me, not a pleasant experience.

Do not stay here. They ended up charging me twice for my reservation and tried to deny it , when I clearly had the proof from my bank . .Fraudulent behavior, poor customer service.
