Hero Certified Burgers
The service was too slow. It’s not as fast as Macdonald’s. I just ordered a chicken grill and a drink. The sandwich is great though. The meat was cooked to perfection.

Not even warm, cheese is not melted.They don’t care even though customer is waiting to order.The workers are rude. Don’t waste your money and time in this location. Try other hero certified burgers.

Fast service, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The place was clean and the burger was fresh.Free parking and it is good that you can order ahead on any store from the chain.Few places inside to sit, but I never saw it packed amd most of the customers gonfor a takeout anyway.

Their burgers are fresh. The fries are crispy. The staff is friendly and polite. However, the wait time is slightly longer than in other burger joints, IMO.The restaurant is tiny. The tables are small with fixed round chairs. The restaurant's setting is pretty run-down. It is quite a contrast to other high-end restaurants in the same plaza.The place was crowded with students from the nearby high school waiting for their orders on my last visit during lunchtime.After all, I will go back for their burgers if I am in the neighbourhood (since there is no other similar options nearby), but I will only order takeout.

Hero Certified Burgers
I ordered the plant based burger and it was the most unappealing burger I've ever seen (see photos). Not sure if this is the norm here as it was my 1st time at Hero Burgers. It tasted even worst than it looks. Bun hard and dry and burger severely burnt. So not worth so much money. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the place and all the staff were following safety protocols

Stopped in for quick bite with my wife. Ordered my usual grilled chicken with all the fixins and two sides of fries. The food was amazing as always! The service was the usual friendly service, I’ve grown accustomed to with the Hero Certified brand.The restaurant could have been cleaner and the washroom door needs fixing. I would definitely return as these things don’t determine my choice of place to eat.

Good place if you’re craving for some tasty food in the middle of the night. Chicken strips and fries were nice, burgers are good too! We got good service from Saqlain and Hir — they were courteous and went the extra mile to make our experience nicer.

Good food with a lot of variety of burgers, wraps and salads. Love the spicy chicken burger and wrap. Great for fast food craving with spicy twist.As well as service is too good.. u have owsn staff such a nyc staff I ever met.....
