Do yourself a favor and go in to make your reservation. U Haul's online and or centralized booking is brutal. I booked a 20' van online and literally 1 minute later got a voicemail that they had exchanged for a 15' van and thank you very much. I called back and canceled but it was annoying. Next tried to call the store directly, which is apparently impossible. Gave up and went in on my lunch hour and had prompt service with a real person who was very helpful. Facility is very nice and clean and much bigger than it seems from the road. Minor issue in that there was no snow scraper in the truck so it was awkward to scrape the windshield with my health card! They were great, but honestly go into the store.

They always have stock and vehicles available. Most times staff are courteous

Although when I arrived the vehicle I reserved was not available because the previous renter kept the vehicle without extending, the staff at the 900 Water St location went out of their way to help me. I've never seen such fantastic customer service from any other company. Period.

The young lady who signed my vehicle both out in the morning and back in the afternoon was completely disinterested and rude. The pricing is a total scam. $19.99/day is the advertisement but it turns into $65 with fees. For having the vehicle less than six hours and going only 28km. Might not technically be false advertising because of the fine print, but it is definitely intentionally misleading.

Appreciated the service and we'll maintained clean vehicle and equipment as well as easy drop off options.

The staff are personable and knowledgeable, the equipment is always in great shape, and the location is hard to beat. I've rented several different trailer types here, and the experience has always been enjoyable and dependable!

We rented Uboxes, their product is great but service was bad.

HelloI just wanted to ask a question to the staff at the u-haul store site. First the phone is a recorded message. Not a real person. it tells me to download an app for my phone!! Really, why would I put an invasive nosey app on my personal cell phone just to ask a simple question. Then it gives you the run around again telling you to get the app. NO APP for me !What happened to good customer service? I ended hanging up as this doesn’t meet my needs. It’s a waste of my time. I would give the telephone service for u - haul a 0/ 10 if it was available.

Terrible customer service, I did a van reservation, not received any contact informing that doesn’t have available for rent so when I asked for it the attendant told me that it wasn’t available so then I mentioned about my reservation and she said “I don’t care about your reservation”. Terrible customer service!

Placed a reservation aprox 30 days before moving for ready uboxes and then called less than a week before to confirm. When I arrived I was told that the boxes have been missing for weeks. Terrible customer service, offered boxes as replacement but no discount or anything for inconvenience. They shrugged and gave a pathetic sorry you could tell meant nothing.
