Wonderful experience upgrading my old phone! Reggie listened and helped me decide on the right one for me and took lots of time explaining everything and patiently answering all of my questions. He made sure that the transfer from one phone to the other was seamless and even found me a better plan than I had anticipated. Very rude and unproffesional customer service. The staff and manager will always try to push you to purchase products and service, as soon as transaction is complete you are completly ignored and asked to come back another time" Would NOT recommend."

Derek and Lorenzo went above and beyond to help me with my mothers cell phone port. It was a 3 hour ordeal - not Bells making but another provider and they were incredibly helpful. Also an aside question about my mothers TV having no sound gave way to a hmmm try this when you are home" and it worked! Thx guys

Trevor spent a lot of time with my son and I last night upgrading our devices and he recommended great cases and charging devices and the list goes on with service.
