SUPER NICE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFULI went there twice, first to ask about their dispensing fee and then again to actually get my prescription. The nice lady at the counter gave me advice on what to ask for at a pharmacy, like actual cost of drug, dispensing fee and wrote it all down on a piece of paper. She was also completely happy with the fact that I was just checking pharmacies to compare them.When I went to get my prescription, there were no lines, and another lady behind the counter helped me. They gave me accurate information on the drug, were quick and even offered to talk to me about the drug and the condition. She also offered other potentially helpful drugs and was completely understanding when I turned it down.Overall, great service and wonderful staff

Staff are great. The pharmacist Julie is extremely kind and helpful. Best pharmacy in the area.

Probably today, the worst pharmacy in Ottawa. I have been a client of this farmacy for over 15 years and when Julie was the Farmacist, everything went well. She took care of her clients beyond her duty. She left for her own reasons, but since her departure, this farmacy has let go through the cracks their attention to detail and the customer satisfaction.They are supposed to automatically refill my medications every 3 months. I don't know how many times I have expressed the need to have my medications on time, since I'm transplanted. But I have to call them every time to remind them.Today they told me that I have to call my doctor because the large majority of my refills were at 0, instead of sending a fax to my specialist the last time they filled the order and noticed that the refills needed to be updated. Their excuse is, they fill lots of orders every day.It seems that they prefer to lose clients instead of taking care of the ones they have been faithful to them for such a long time. They told me if I prefer they can send my file to a pharmacy of my choice...

I get my HIV medication here, not happy with the service or the strange looks I get. I'm a woman with feelings too and don't need this.MoniqueMathesoncom.
