Was my first visit. Dr & staff were very informative and explained the various procedures and related costs, and timeline to complete.Daughter was permitted to sit in. She is afraid of fillings and staff made her feel welcome and tried to relieve her concerns with alternative suggestions. So very glad I was referred to this clinic by Nielson Labs.

I express my gratitude to Christina, whose sincerity manifested in her positive attitude and careful consideration of how I felt during the procedure. The administrative team at the reception desk was also very organized and effectively communicated the pertinent details of my appointment.

I very happy with the work Dr. McIntosh has done on my teeth. She and her assistant Paulina are calm, professional and constantly make sure I'm comfortable and pain free at my appointments. It's obvious they actually care about your teeth and are happy to make helpful suggestions on which dental hygiene products will suit my needs.

Nobody likes to go to the dentist's office but my last two visits, also my first two have been excellent. The clerical staff as well as Dr. McIntosh and her assistant were very professional and I was very relaxed and made comfortable. The quality of care is top notch.

I drive from UBC to Langley to get work done by Victor. He is by far the best dentist I have had during my 76 years on the planet. Painless, fast and of the highest quality. Being a dental surgeon, he is a one stop shop as well. Absolutely awesome!!
