Reliance Gregg's Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

On Canada Day we had a major plumbing and electrical issue hit our house. Gregg's sent out Cody first thing in the morning to take care of us. Cody's calm and professional demeanor were exactly what we needed in our time of crisis. He assessed the situation and performed the necessary repairs quickly leaving a clean workspace when he was done. I would highly recommend Cody and the Gregg's team.

Our technician helped fix a leaking issue with our hot water heater. He was efficient, friendly and professional. He fixed the issue and provided useful information about future care and maintenance of the hot water heater as well as the HRV and general plumbing considerations. I would be happy to bring Reliance Gregg’s back for any future heating, A/C or plumbing needs.

I am very pleased with Reliance. I thought I would be replacing my toilet...even had purchased a new one. The plumber diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. I returned my new toilet! Saved me significant money. The men were courteous and friendly! Reliance is definitely my go to for plumbing and heating from now on!!

Yesterday I received an 8am text from my tenant that the furnace was out. Thank the lord for small mercies it was close to zero Celsius.Called Reliance Gregg's Home Saskatoon & a diagnostic tech was there by the afternoon. He showed me everything that was wrong with my 14 year old furnace & what it would cost to fix it. The AC & water heater are the same age so…A short time later a sales rep showed up & went over some numbers with me.TODAY at 8am an install crew showed up to replace my furnace, my air conditioner & my hot water heater! And they were out the door by 6pm!!!I’m leasing them all for a reasonable monthly fee that includes free annual inspections & maintenance, plus some other great perks.EVERY person I dealt with from Gregg’s were exceptional at theirs jobs & were just so incredibly nice!!!I’ve used Gregg’s for years & happily recommend them to anyone around here who has PLUMBING or HEATING needs.

My A/C broke down. It was on a weekend and not many hvac businesses were open. Reliance came at around 8pm on a Saturday night. I couldn't believe they were still working at that time let alone on a weekend. The service call charge was half what the other places were charging. Basically like a regular work day. In the end I needed a new ac unit. Mine was 17 years old. Reliance set me up with a new unit, a new smart thermostat, and credited me the service call. Great people (Aaron, Alex, Reynaldo and team) and a reliable business. Two thumbs up. I would highly recommend them.

Alex explained what was wrong with my heating system very well. Aaron, the home comfort advisor, discussed my options and arranged for a timely installation date.for a new furnace, AC, and hot water heater. The installation team was a pleasure to have in the house all day with their professionalism and efficiency. When a problem arose with the new hot water heater, Aaron quickly arranged for the problem to be solved. My only negative comment would be the fact that the office is in Toronto and it takes a lot of explaining as to why one is calling. A local office would be more user friendly. Otherwise I would definitely recommend Gregg’s.

If there is zero star, I will put zero star for you. I cancelled the service 1 month before I move out. But the customer service did not do anything. They keep asking me about the new onwer but I don’t know anything about them. I told to the customer service, please help me to cancel it and if the new onwer want to use the service, they can do by themselves. But the company did not do anything for me and keep sending to me the bill although I don’t use the service anymore. I call and sent email but noone helped me? I don’t know what is going on?? I just want to stop send the bill to me.

Very professional, the teck that came out was great. Spent time trying to find the issue, when he was unable to the issue he sent it up the chain. thank you for the great service very polite, listed worked hard to fix the issue. The people answering the phones are not very professional. Very rude staff answering the phone after hours, very hard to hear or understand person on the other end of the line. Would be a five star if the phone service was better.Day 2I had a great gentleman come out again to look at the problem with my furnace and central air. I was very very pleased with the work and the information that was given to me so I could better understand the issues. The am very pleased to change my star rating to a 5 star. Thank u for going above and beyond and explaining this to me and giving me the information I needed. Great job thank u

Call out to check on why our furnace kept shutting off. They were very upfront about the fee and made sure there were no surprises. The technician checked everything over and gave us instructions on what we can do to maintain our current unit. He provided further info on additional services but I never felt pressured to buy anything else. He was very friendly and made me feel more comfortable that my furnace is okay.

The repair technician was excellent. On time, friendly, knowledgeable. The technician is the only reason I'd give the company one star. We've been fighting with billing for 2 years to straighten out the billing date as they randomly take payments randomly over a span of 10 days from the billing date, they also have yet to provide the referral credits yet over a year later they still keep saying we will receive it soon. They refuse to let you speak with manage and everyone blames the next department but not one person is willing to take the time to fix any issues. Even maintenance seems to be a task for them to arrange a date and send someone out. Again I'd like to give 2 thumbs up to their techs as they at least do their best to keep the customers happy despite gong show of a company they work for.
