I keep my boat stored here in the winter and the owners of back40 have always been very helpful. One year it had snowed a lot and I was a lil worried about how much snow was on my boat. Instead of me having to drive out of town to see it, they sent me some photos of the snow on her and even offered to shovel around so I could get in to her! Love that it’s all code locked at the gate too, so everything feels super secure! 12/10

First time storing my trailer here and I am super happy! Very easy to deal with. Customer service is a 10/10. The yard is very organized and clean. Its Secure. I would 100% come back here again. :) Thank you!

Highly recommend Back 40 for RV storage. We have an RV and needed storage for the first time this year. Being near their house I always feel like someone is around, so I feel our RV is safe. Entry/exit is easy and there is plenty of room to get in and out or turn around. Patrick even helped with an issue with our vehicle - super friendly and helpful!

Hands down sone of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, Pat allowed me to store my boat after business hours and allowed me to pay the next day. And for a more the fair price. Highly recommend

Probably the best Storage facility in Salmon Arm! Easy access, secure, and reasonably priced. And to top it off- Pat and Tina will treat you like no other. I will be sure to spread word whenever I can.
