Our experience has been very positive. They are very responsive to phone calls and to allow us to choose a PM service on the occasions we need it. Their bus drivers have been polite, communicative and courteous. Our son loves his bus ride to school.

A very unprofessional bus company. They did not wait for an adult to load the bus and took off with a bunch of students without permission- absolutely unacceptable and not safe. They also did not load the busses to capacity and then students were left behind. We had to pay out of pocket to get students home due to their unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this company for school aged students.

We find Thirdwave Bus Services less then satisfactory. One, they never return our phone calls, two they ignore our emails and concerns regarding bus routes and drivers. Our 6 yr old is stuck on the bus for an hour or longer some days. Thirdwave has done nothing to revise any problems. Thirdly, they hire incompetent drivers. We have had driver's stop and do their grocery shopping while on route with our children. We've had touchy/feely and speedy bus drivers from this company. Thirdwave has been nothing but problems since the beginning of the school year. Thirdwave and it's drivers do NOT have the child's best interest when it comes to bus routes. We are extremely disappointed in this company and it's drivers.

May 15 /2023 , 712am in the morning.School Bus driver #303 . I would not trust this driver with your kids or family members. He was speeding and almost collided with a transit bus, full of passengers. He did not stopping on a merge lane with flashing lights and cut off the bus . It was on the off ramp onto the hwy , towards Massey tunnel . I’m sure there is video on the off-ramp. I was shocked , at the end he decide to tailgate me when I took pictures. He should be fired .

On April 29, 2016 at 3:25 PM, school bus #234 with license plate number EA5802 almost hit me at Shell Road and Williams as it was speeding East on Williams Road. The bus ran through a pedestrian crossing where two people were walking and the yellow flashing signals were properly operating. The bus continued East on Williams, running the red light at No. Five and Williams Road, turning right and proceeding South on No. Five Road. How on earth did this idiot get a job at this bus company?

The driver who was at 98th Ave and 128 St. On Tues at 3.30 was a fool. He laid on his horn and yelled out his window at the car behind me but ahead of him. Not a good example to students.

Greetings,The driver of bus 167 does not use the overhead amber (yellow) flashing lights correctly and instead of using them to warn the driving public that the bus is slowing to pick up or drop off students, he is putting them on when not dropping off or picking up.I walk on the side of roads and he switches the yellow ‘bing bongs’ on when he drives past. This is not the correct use of those lights, sometimes he drives down the road with them on between stops. This is a case of the boy who cried wolf, drivers get accustomed to this and may drive past creating a possible disaster. If it is used when required, people may pass and strike a child not realizing this is now the real thing! The point is, this driver and perhaps others should be instructed to use the lights solely for their intended purpose instead of making up their own rules and stating to me he was protecting me because I am on the wrong side of the road when in fact I always walk facing traffic which is correct. On other times, after driving away from picking up or dropping of, the red lights stayed on, indicating the door was not shut, another misuse of the lights and unsafe if a child falls out while moving.Bottom line. I feel this and other drivers should be given precise instruction of the proper correct use of these lights.Regards, Jim Mair, Ruskin BC
