Fitness Zone

I’ve been going to this gym for just over 2 years. The staff is helpful, variety of machines to use, and the gym members are friendly.Prices are reasonable, and great location in downtown Steinbach. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Read the Contract very carefully, because they won't warn you of all extra fees you have to pay to leave, they charge $100 to leave but you still have to pay for the membership for the next 35 days. Has completely turned me off of gyms, I'll be working out at home from now on.

I've been training for 45 years. I started training at this facility after the one similar closed down. They grand fathered me over and I got the same rate more or less. However things changed recently and prices went up and I lost my locked in rate. Can't blame them though. Covid has struck us all and there working hard to stay afloat as well. Staff are outstanding. Gym has everything a person needs for even hard professional training like I used to do. Some equipment is a little to crambed together and they seem to keep moving things around so that can get frustrating. But all in all those are some issues. A clean well managed place at a still decent value. I would definitely recommend this gym for both the serious and casual fitness enthusiast.

For someone who has never been to a gym before it can be intimidating especially when the guy on staff says hes too busyto show you where a few machines are but has time to hang out beside the girl on the treadmill. Other than that machines are well kept fair prices and a variety of people go there

My husband and I have been going to fitness zone for years. It’s a great place to workout. Lots of machines to choose from and the facility is very clean. The staff is amazing and it’s nice walking into a friendly face each time you are there !

After reading other users reviews and visiting the gym my family and I have decided we will never be returning. The fact that the owner is so open about not following public health orders is astounding. Last thing I need is to join and find out this entire facility is closed down due to violating the rules or worse get myself or others sick.

Stopped going here because one of the trainers harassed me about grunting to loud when doing squats and be littled me by saying she could do way more weight without breaking a sweat. Went to talk to the owner and he kicked me out without even hearing any thing. Probably one of the worst gyms I've ever been too.If you struggle with mental health problems like I did, stay away. Go somewhere more welcoming and positive.

Descent speed but service is fairly slow to respond.

This gym is absolutely superior to any other in the area. The owner is so nice and the staff are always ever friendly and ready to help out with just about anything. I would highly recommend checking this top-notch gym for anyone considering it. You won't be disappointed. :-)

Terrible customer service. The gym itself is fine, but the management and customer service are atrocious. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. Very disappointed...Not a good business. Charged a fee ($100) and changed the contract 1 week later without notice. Wanted to have us pay for the new contract, which was a substantial increase in the gym price. Gave no alternatives except agree to the new contract or leave the gym (without the original fee paid less about a week ago).
