At 45 years old and after having three kids who are almost teenagers I decided it was finally my time to feel like a woman. My entire life I was flat chested and wore extremely padded bras and although I felt confident as a woman, I lacked what it felt like to really feel “like a woman” so I began researching breast augmentation and looking for a top plastic surgeon who could fulfill my dream, that’s when I found Dr. Pirani.From the first call I made his office I was greeted with professionalism and knowledgeable staff members. Naushin (Surgical Coordinator and General Manager) is courteous and kind every time, she is a wealth of knowledge and always available to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Pirani was friendly, accommodating, respectful, ethical and definitely meticulous with every appointment (I must add that he does have a great sense of humour too!). I’ve never endured any surgeries prior to my breast augmentation and he made me feel super confident in his knowledge, skills and abilities. Although I was nervous about the surgery I knew he was completely qualified and competent.The day of surgery I was nervous (not going to lie) but the nursing staff, Naushin and Dr. Pirani make you feel so at ease and comfortable. They explained every step and what to expect. To be honest, after receiving the anesthetic and falling asleep, the surgery was a breeze. I woke up feeling amazing, I was so excited the surgery was completed and I finally had my long awaited dream of having breasts. I hardly had any pain (when they asked what level my pain was at I said maybe a 2 or 3) and I didn’t feel nauseous, the two things I was worried about after coming out of surgery.I was sent home with medications and instructions. I only used the pain meds for the day of surgery and the next morning, after that I was able to manage with Tylenol. Yes I hated not being able to lift my arms and use my arms normally or work out for 6 weeks but honestly it is a small window in time and if you listen to Dr. Pirani and Naushin’s instructions you will have zero issues.It was honestly a wonderful experience and would tell any woman pondering this surgery, don’t wait. It is so worth it.Ladies I’m telling you my experience from day one was nothing but the highest quality so if you are thinking about breast augmentation don’t wait a day longer, I’m so happy with my results, I wish I would have done it years ago. It’s only been 3 months post op and I can’t imagine not having these beautiful breasts. The old me is completely in the rear view mirror, I absolutely love feeling beautiful, sexy and complete, the way a woman should feel. Dr. Pirani performed my breast augmentation in December 2022. He and his team were actually the second office I consulted about a breast augmentation . The first consult was at another clinic and was fine, but the doctor was dismissive and I felt rushed. Dr. Pirani, Naushin, and his team made me feel special from day one. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, everyone was very patient with me. I don't think I could have had a better experience, not to mention the results of my surgery are amazing, very natural (which is what I wanted!). I am so happy and would recommend Dr. Pirani and his clinic to everyone.

They were so professional, kind, respectful and listened! They made me feel super comfortable throughout my entire experience. From my consultation to surgery day to post-op appointments. They guided me throughout my recovery and honestly it was a breeze. I highly recommend the Toronto Plastic Surgery Centre for breast augmentation. Dr.Pirani and his team are amazing!

I had a great experience at Dr. Pirani’s clinic for my breast augmentation.The consultation was transparent and very informative. Dr. Pirani was kind and patient during the pre-op and post-op consultations. He listened to my concerns and addressed them with useful and realistic advice when choosing the implant sizes and during recovery. His staff was amazing and answered all of my emails very promptly. I would recommend Dr. Pirani.

I went to see Dr. Pirani for breast augmentation this past August and I’m beyond happy with my results. I now have the size and natural look I was hoping for - there’s no other surgeon I would trust other than Dr. Pirani.Dr. Pirani was super upfront and realistic with me during my consultation - he told me what was achievable based on my natural structure. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable and confident in choosing him every step of the way. Post op I had no pain or any issues at all, and was able to stop my pain killers after less than 24 hours. I also have to give a big shoutout to Naushin for her level of service and care. She eased my anxiety the morning of surgery and is so warm and welcoming during my post op appointments. Thanks the entire team!

Dr. Pirani is great! He takes his time to explain everything and all the risks associated with the procedure you are getting. The ladies are polite and the place itself is beautiful, it's like you stepped back in time straight to the 1930's so it feels nice and relaxing to be there. Maybe for some people the environment of a doctor's office is not as important but if you are a nervous person like me then this place has a very calm cozy feeling to it. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get fillers, it's better to spend more money and get your work done by a professional who knows what he is doing than go cheap and end up on the show Botched so if you don't want to be on Botched go to Dr. Pirani.

Dr. Pirani and Naushin are both very knowledgeable and thorough. The clinic is beautiful and everyone makes you feel comfortable at each appointment. Both my surgery and recovery went smoothly and I am very happy with my results!

The Toronto Plastic Surgery Centre is a wonderful experience every time I visit. The staff are welcoming when you enter in for your appointment, always providing warm hospitality. Dr. Pirani is also top notch, he always makes you feel safe with the procedures he provides and gives his inputs if he feels they are necessary.
