I have been dealing with Bill and Shawn for a couple of years now. We have a neo post postage machine and we purchase most of our toner cartridges from them. The service is spectacular! We most recently purchased a new multifunction printer/fax/copier. When we have any problems they come within minutes most times and always respond promptly to my calls or emails. They understand we are running a business and try to make sure we have what we need to operate at full capacity. They have proven to be trustworthy and reliable.
