This is not a good company to deal with! Bad experienced! Stair lift always broken and they will charge you to fixed it. They said it’s a business! Yes because they already know what the problem is but they didnt fixed it totally so that you will call them again for service and guess what they will charged you! Zero star for me. I hope it wont happen to them when they get old that they will be needing a lift too and charge them when it’s broken! God Bless you all who doing everything for BUSINESS!

Competition has got my business. I rely on my chair for mobility.Not for the first time, I have been subjected to non-return of phone calls requesting service. It is the last time. As anexemployee of Coop and a member for at least 50 years, this is not what I would expect. Judging by the reviews, there is a service problem unresolved.

ZERO STARS IS CORRECT - the customer service at this location is terrible. NO ONE ANSWERS the phone, when you leave a message, NO ONE CALLS BACK!!! had to hit the 1 star for this to post.I've read thru the reviews and I'm not the only one that thinks this way. You'd think a local company like this would be top notch in Customer Service to keep fellow Calgarians supplied in their medical needs. Like really?!?!?!?! How hard do they make it to place an order, I guess they DON'T WANT THE BUSINESS. And it SHOWS!!! Need to go to the top level in the corporation to maybe get some decent service. They should be aware of how customers are treated.

Some of the most disinterested staff I have dealt with in a long time. This business has some serious customer service problems. Borderline rude behaviour every time I go in to purchase items. I have a broad experience in retail and this environment is definitely toxic for customers. I would have hoped for more friendly and compassionate staff in an establishment who’s purpose is to help people struggling in their lives. Is management so unaware that they don’t see these glaring problems? By this comment section I would say yes. Get it together Coop this business is an embarrassment.

Great help from Ana today. Coop Health store is convenient on Macleod Trail south and has huge amounts of parking beside and behind this large location. Their store has items to rent as well as purchase. Prices are very reasonable and items can be delivered! We now have the equipment a family member needs to navigate hip injury. Have used Coop before and wIll definitely use Coop Health again. All staff are so knowledgeable and want to help. There was no lineup and lots of staff. They had everything the occupational therapist requested! Thanks Ana

I am a disabled senior and I came to Calgary Co-op Macleod Trail Home Health Care with my wife to find myself a walker and some other medical supplies. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and nobody asked if we needed assistance or offered help in any way. When we finally asked a staff member for assistance it was like we were imposing on her. She told us that nobody in the store could fit me with a walker and we were given a list of contacts to call with directions that we had to make an appointment with them and meet back at this store to get help with a walker. When my wife said …. So we have to call someone and then come back and meet them in order to get help with a walker? The staff member rolled her eyes and said “yes”.With the unprofessional and rude attitude of this staff member and given the ridiculous claim that there was nobody in the store that could help me with a medical appliance convinced me to take my business elsewhere. I drove to Wellness - by Shoppers Drug Mart (also on Macleod Trail not far away). Here I was given courtesy and professional customer service and got fitted for a walker and purchased other medical necessities totalling over $600.00.From what I witnessed, and based on other reviews of this Co-op medical supply store ….. don’t waste your time here. If I could give this store a ZERO star I would.Horrible service, rude staff that make out like they are doing you a favour by selling their products to you.My girlfriend spends approximately $10,000 per year in the store and is upset every time she leaves because of the way they’ve treated her. Today was my first time going in to pick things up for my girlfriend and we will never be back. I left my $700 purchase on the counter and went to another medical store who treated me like gold.Shame on the staff in the store for the way they treat people with disabilities one day they may have a disability maybe then they will understand the physical and emotional strain that people go through when they become disabled.

Utterly disgusted by the treatment given by a female staff member at this store. Two of my family members were there recently to look for a chair that would best support the physical needs of one as an ALS sufferer. They expressed the specific requirements for proper neck support to prevent slumping of the head because of their neck weakness, and asked if one specific chair they found as a potential winner was in stock. The staff member's unenthusiastic response to this request was that she could" check the inventory

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called once a week for 3 weeks to order incontinence items for my son. I can’t tell you a time since we started using Coop Home Health where I’ve phoned and someone actually picked up. Always straight to voicemail…Finally called today to talk to a manager and was asked ‘what’s this regarding’. I said I’m just want to speak to a manager’ and she said ‘why though? Is it a sales issue’ when I told her is was the horrific customer service she forwarded me to a voicemail.Finally my husband went right in to the store. Their excuse was ‘they are busy’Not acceptable!! Not for 3 weeks…… and not every time I callWill be reaching out to our contact at Children’s Hospital to change vendors as this is disgusting and completely unacceptable customer service! Especially when you service the vulnerable population.

I have been a customer for many many years needing the Ostomy Department. After all these years, I don't remember anyone actually picking up the phone and taking my phone call for an order. I have to leave a voicemail about the order every single time. I don't know if the message was ever received unless they call me with questions. Super frustrating. I wish they would make an online system where I can just order my supplies. Customer service is not their strong suit. I have found some nice people, but the overall experience is never good. And when you go in to make an order, you can be waiting quite a while. I don't mind waiting but there is no one behind the desks half the time. Please make an online system CO-OP.
