24/7 Fitness Kingston

I've been going here for almost a year and it's by far the best gym I've been a member of. It's small and private but has everything you need. Staff and clients are so encouraging and helpful. Very comfortable and welcoming environment. I highly recommend coming by and checking the place out!

I love this gym! All the equipment you need for an outstanding fitness experience. Memberships are limited so it is almost never too crowded. Great people, good atmosphere and good equipment.

Great gym, centrally located and with updated equipment. Always clean and tidy. Capped membership means it is never too busy - would recommend to beginners as there is an amazing group of personal trainers that call this gym home.

I joined 24/7 over a year ago and have loved every minute. So much better then the big corporate gyms, there is not only a sense here of membership but of being part of a community. From the other gym members to the trainers, everyone makes you feel welcome and there is no judgement whatsoever. They have a good variety of equipment which is well maintained. Would not hesitate recommending this gym to anyone, whether just starting out or a seasoned veteran. The gym has recently undergone a face lift and continues to improve. Keep up the great work!

Great instructor, clean, open 24/7, fitness equipment is in good shape and available, and the rates for instruction are very reasonable. Can't beat it!

I came upon this gym when I asked a friend for a recommendation for a personal trainer. The person I train with happens to train out of this gym. I loved it the minute I walked in. It's not a huge gym, but it has everything you'd need and want (and then some!). It's a private member club, so it's not super busy, which is excellent for the peak times that most people like to get to the gym. I've NEVER had to wait for someone to finish what they were doing so that I could get my workout in. One thing that sold me almost immediately was the fact that I have my own key fob. I work in the middle of the night, so I can go to the gym at 2 AM because that's what's convenient for me. If you're looking for a change from the typical gym, then this is the one for you! You won't be disappointed!

Started training at this gym almost 4 years ago with a trainer and I'm still training here with him today! This gym is open 24/7, has all the right equipment, no waiting or sign up, available range and of trainers and most importantly a friendly atmosphere.24/7 has just had an ownership change and a facelift to the the gym. This is a facility you need to try, whether you train alone or if you require a trainer. Come on in and see for yourself.

Currently a member. Really like that its key entry - secure to workout late at night and know that only members can get into the gym. It's a small, locally owned gym but it has the basic strength training and cardio machines available, along with free weights, kettle bells, etc. Various personal trainers available which means it can be busy during peak weekday hours but on weekends and later at night it's usually not so busy.

What a fantastic gem! Incredibly well-run, great facilities (unique and fun), and the best vibes! For people serious about their fitness, not social seekers just wanting to hang out! I love this place!

I love this gym. It's small but has sufficient equipment, and limited membership so it is never very packed. There are peak times but it is never too busy to be able to do what you need to do. It is an independant training gym so you really need to know what you're doing with the equipment but they have a list of experienced trainers you can contact (I have been working with a trainer there for a number of months and she is phenomenal). The staff and members are friendly and it feels like a small community. It's also handy to have the Kawartha Fitness store right next door!
