Hemlock Stained Glass

Ordered a custom piece made as a present for my girlfriend, shipping internationally. Jesse went above and beyond during the design process, with constant back-and-forth about tweaks to the piece that I wouldn't have even thought of; making the job more difficult for himself than it needed to be.The really impressive part came when it shipped. The postal service in Canada wasn't amazing, and it was utterly terrible in the UK. It took several months to unravel (no fault of Jesse's whatsoever) and throughout he was distraught that it hadn't arrived, regularly reaching out to check in with me and providing updates, even chasing the Canadian postal service.It arrived in perfect condition, an absolutely beautiful piece of art I'm proud to hang in our home, and my girlfriend is thrilled.Thank you Jesse.
