Easy to reach as they have multiple techs in Osoyoos and Penticton area and a real phone system not just a tech on a cell phone.My tech really knew what she was talking about. She seemed very educated and made it easy for me to understand. She worked with me to get me the best pricing too.I found the shop price to be the lowest in the area, and couldn't combine at my $49 bill. I would have paid $149 for the same service.She even through in their DNS Shield software in for free.FREE is my favorite price! I WILL be considering them for my website updates to.
