My wife and I recently had our home's shingles replaced by Belmar Roofing in Kitchener and are extremely happy with the results!The initial call to the Kitchener office to arrange a quote was easy and efficient. The Belmar rep came to the house right on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. He was patient to review and discuss the scope of work and provided a cost estimate quote on the spot, even making an additional visit to insure my wife was able to see the shingle samples.Once the spring weather was looking good, the shingle delivery was coordinated and a crew staged the shingle packs and other items neatly and quickly – ready for the installation team. A large dumpster was carefully placed in the driveway and soon the work was started. CJ and his very skilled installation crew were courteous, approachable and professional as they went to work removing the old shingles safely and without a mess. Each day the entire property was cleaned and cleared of debris. Our home has many intricate roof interfaces and CJ and the guys were thorough and meticulous in completing the areas, using care to keep the existing flashing in great shape. They even improved some of the existing fascia coverings as they shingled. We really appreciated this crew’s attention to detail – as we much prefer a ‘quality job’ approach over a quickly finished job.All in all, we are very happy with the finished job – the long lasting shingles look great and we will not have any roof worries going forward! We recently had our roof reshingled by Belmar Roofing. Bob responded to our initial email request for a quote quickly. When we had a few follow-up questions, he again responded quickly and in detail. Their price was very fair as well. We requested to have the job asap, eventho it was May, a busy time for roofers. We were assured it would be done within a few weeks, and it was. Clean-up after the job was completed was great! Thanks for a job well done!

From the initial consultation with Brendon who was happy to answer all of our questions to the crew who did the work, making sure the site was spotless each evening, (even brought up my recycling bins from the curb one morning,) we couldn't have been more pleased. Kudos to Belmar Roofing for standing behind their warranty. We had a flat roof section on a part of our house done 4 years ago by Belmar. This spring we noticed a small leak in our living room. We called our contact Bob Pankratz and he responded immediately with an inspection and plan to repair an ice dam issue. He scheduled a technician Habib Ali to repair the section of the roof that was lifting allowing ice to push under it. Habib took me on the roof to show me exactly what he was doing to rectify the situation. He even took photos to show me when it was completed. I have nothing but praise for Bob and Habib's professionalism, their response to our concerns, and how efficient and effective they addressed our problem.

Our roof was leaking to room. Our condominium contact with Belmar for urgent fixing. The technician, Habib, is a pretty trustworthy and fast. He show our roof's video and mention the problem with causes and Fixed the problem. My wife and I are happy and satisfied his solving and explanation.

5 stars for honoring their warranty. There was a minor leak dripping into my garage. I contacted Belmar and they sent a technician out within a week. The serviceman, Habib, really took care of the issue - climbed into the garage attic to diagnose the problem, got on the roof to seal the joint causing the problem, and also touched up some caulking that was starting to go.
