Earl of Sandwich
Although I love sandwiches but lately I have had to cut back on them; so when I do have one, it’s got to be worth it ☺️Was in the area so I decided to give this place a try, and yes, it was worth it… I had the French Dip with wedges… the bread was soft and tasty, the meat and cheese was well balanced and the au jus had the right amount of salt…Earl of Sandwich is now my new favourite place for a good sandwich;They are still new so I just hope the keep up..But as of now, highly recommended for both the food and the service.P.S: for those complaining about the potions… EoS sandwiches for me are worth their price way more than the “foot-long”

While I don’t normally eat sandwiches, I’ve seen the Earl of Sandwich chain in Vegas, and that location’s high ratings - including on TripAdvisor.The 130th ave location in Calgary has an affordable luxury feel to it. The Chipotle Chicken Avacado sandwich tasted fresh with balanced flavours. Unlike some competitors, it wasn’t overly salty. Similarly, the brownie wasn’t overly sweet.At this price point, only slightly more than the cheapest fast food, it’s a full five stars. That said, I do agree with other commentators that the bread to filling ratio is on the low side, and the upgradeto extra meat and cheese is strongly recommended.If you only have a moment to eat something super fast, be aware that this strip mall area may sometimes be congested at peak times, which can be unexpected for somewhere so distant from downtown.

Earl of Sandwich
Coming back from photographing birds at Frank lake and originally was going to stop at another location nearby , but we saw Earl of Sandwich. Now if you have been to Disney world, you may have heard of this place before. It's exactly the same. The food is fresh and so good. Too bad there aren't any more closer to Airdrie but nice to know the menu hasn't changed. Check out the pics and menu below.

Earl of Sandwich
I was skeptical at first looking at the menu prices, but after trying two of the sandwiches, I was blown away. The sandwiches are STUFFED full of toppings. If that's not enough for you, all of the ingredients come together and taste great. The nice and soft buns are worth a separate mention.

Earl of Sandwich
Sandwiches are small but they do pack in the ingredients to make a satisfying bite. Will be back for sure because of the quality. The chicken was moist and the cheese was melted perfectly with an abundance of sauce. The bread proportion was also correct with not too much of it. At 11$ it's a sandwich that's well worth the value.

Can't believe Earl of Sandwich is finally in Calgary. They have the best bread, it's freshly baked, got a fantastic crust on the outside and very fluffy on the inside. We for the Montague and Cuban with wedges. Loved it all.

The portion, quality, and price of their items are perfect. I hope they keep this up! I got the beef dip sandwich and a cream of brocoli soup and it definitely hit the spot. The jus for the beef dip is not too salty which is good, the bread i wished to be slightly more toasted but i enjoyed it still. I was asked if I wanted croutons or crackers with my soup and i said croutons but still got crackers.The servers were very nice and the establishment is clean. I will definitely come back and try more of their menu

Earl of Sandwich
I don't usually love sandwiches but I'll always be excited to have one from Earl of Sandwich! They have 13 signature sandwiches to choose from and my goal is to try all 13! (So far I've tried 4 and they've all been great!) My favourites so far is the chicken avocado Chipotle and the holiday turkey (having that around Thanksgiving or Christmas time just feels right). Photographed below is The Full Montagu". I've been really happy with all my choices so far and I would eat any of them again!"

Earl of Sandwich
We have picked up sandwiches here many times and have never been disappointed. My favorite is the Cuban and my wife’s is the Original 1752. The Mac & Cheese is good and so is the potato salad but for the price and size I probably won’t order the potato salad again. Overall we are very happy we gave Earl of Sandwich a try and we will be regular customers.

Earl of Sandwich
First time here today and overall it was pretty good. It's a bit disorganized trying to order, you really don't know where. Even when I was at the end waiting for my sandwich a mother and daughter asked me if I was in line to pay, because you just don't know where to order with all of the people mingling at the front in front of the little cashier and nobody is standing there. I thought it was odd that the guy was making sandwiches and then coming back after a few minutes to take an order or two. And then goes back to the sandwich line leaving people kind of lost. Besides that the sandwich was good, I had a Cuban with extra pickles. It was missing mustard but I guess maybe I should have asked for that? It's not really clear. I wish it was just a little bit bigger, the meat on it was delicious but it's just not quite enough.I would come back and try other sandwiches, it's definitely better than the big sub chain next door.
