I ordered the designers choice flowers online for a special family friend's birthday and it was beautiful. I asked in the comments for a blue flower if possible because it's her favourite colour. Not only was there a blue flower but the vase was blue! She absolutely loved it.

After a fiasco with an international order from 1800flowers, MARGARET at Bloomers and the Brownhouse saved the day! Not only did she take my order on one of the busiest days before Christmas but also got a lovely arrangement delivered on the last delivery day before the holiday. Margaret is a gem ... kind, understanding, courteous and honest. She went out of her way to talk me off the ledge. Will definitely skip the online florists and use Bloomers & the Brownhouse for all my future (St.Louis, Missouri to ThunderBay) flower orders from now on !! Thank you Margaret for coming to my rescue !!

I had a wonderful experience! I ordered online then found out my mother-in-law was already at the lake for a few days.I put in a call to ask to delay delivery and the woman I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating.It’s a week after delivery and the flowers still look fantastic.I will definitely use them again.

Margaret helped me out with the flowers for my wedding, and they were as beautiful as I was hoping for. I had very little knowledge of flowers in season/prices going into it and she understood my taste and worked within my budget. Everything was on time and ready to go for the day so I was extremely pleased. She also allowed me some creative freedom when creating my own arrangements so I loved that!

I found staff wonderfully friendly she let us look and chat and absorb the quaint little store before stepping out and asking if we need help. And was knowledgeable and not pushy just sell something.

Fantastic service!!!! I’m not sure who took my call but the lady was so friendly and helpful. Because it was the day after Mother’s Day her flower selection was slim, but made and delivered two beautiful arrangements. I would highly recommend bloomers &the brown house chocolates for your floral needs. Thank you again for your wonderful service.

beautiful shop, ive been there 3 times now and the staff always seems crabby, like they would prefer i wasnt in there, i ignore it and buy my things and leave but isnt a very welcoming place, except for the cat

Margaret at Bloomers made the most beautiful bouquets for our wedding, better than I could have imagined! She was so helpful and kind and saved the day when things fell through with a different florist at the last minute. I would love to support her business again next time I need flowers!
