They carry everything you would ever need for heating and air conditioning. They sell to the tradesmen so very knowledgeable staff and good prices. They carry all items you would need for in floor heating systems. They also have outdoor portable wood burning pizza ovens. For HVAC items much better than home Depot or Lowe's.

Good reciever, but not happy with the fact they still won't let u use the washroom. They could leave Lysol wipes in the washroom a clean up when you leave like their competitors do

First time visiting this store... And wow, what a great experience.I knew exactly what part I needed, and was expertly helped by Karran. His knowledge, friendliness and overall helpful attitude was exactly what I was looking for.No pushy sales, just honest trustworthy service... With a full in stock inventory. I will never deal with those large box stores again.Metalworks Vaughan is my new go-to!

Went in as the company that installed my furnace recommended Metalworks for me to stock up on air filters. Ended up buying a wide array of napolean accessories. The young lady at the counter was very patient with me and was very helpful with selling me on multiple napolean products for my home bbq. Thanks Christina and metalworks for making my experience so fantastic

Very well stocked HVAC supply store, staff were friendly, knowledgable, and efficient.As the place is a warehouse be sure to check your product for damage. I am sure they move alot of product but there are many dented and damaged units in the show rooms that are returns.... I think. Best to inspect your purchase before leaving the store.
