I moved my Holding Company investments there on a recommendation. The returns were average at best but the 2 stars is really for their poor customer service. From near impossible to read financial statements, calls & emails not returned, & the final straw for me was when I set up a Zoom call with them to discuss my concern on their poor customer service, the Advisor didn't show up for the zoom. I followed up the no show with a call & got a poor excuse. Moved my investments elsewhere & now get excellent customer service, statements that make sense & the VP of the Wealth Management firm calls me quarterly to check in. If you just want to be a number with little or no interaction this would be the place to go.
