Henley Honda is the place to go for a Honda! Took delivery of this 2022 Honda Civic SI and the whole process couldn’t have been easier! Dan C, Daniel, Todd and Shamil couldn’t have made me feel more of a valued customer. They fielded my messages, phone calls and with the delays in delivery they always made an effort to keep me up to speed on the predicted delivery time. I didn’t feel rushed with either of them, they had the patience to answer all of my questions and would recommend anyone who is in the market for a Honda to check them out as you are treated fairly and with full transparency as well! Today my mom and I visited Henley Honda. We went to just look around, my mom wasn’t sure of what she wanted. We met with Erin and he was so helpful. He treated us like we were friends, very knowledgeable, and so helpful. Made my mother feel so comfortable, needless to say she walked out being the new owner of the Honda Civic sport coupe. We also Met with Todd, it was such a smooth and easy process! You guys are simply AMAZING! Hands down the best place to shop for your Honda needs!!! Best customer service ever!!! I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Civic, touring trim from this dealership. Not only was the car in great condition but the entire process was a smooth, speedy experience. Throughout the two weeks, the entire team was communicative and informative. The sales team provided an excellent experience, thanks to Nathan Dosa. The team happily put the car on a hoist so I could examine the underside and answered any questions I had. On the day I went to pick up the car, Nathan took the time to thoroughly explain all the features of the car and explain the resources I could use to find more information outside of the dealership.Overall, it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend visiting this Honda dealership if you’re ever in need of a new car, or thinking of trading up.

Terrible Experience, Poor Service, and Misleading InformationI had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with this car dealership. Despite the sales team's best efforts to sell me a car, the overall experience was marred by multiple issues that left a sour taste in my mouth.Firstly, when I inspected the car I was interested in, I noticed that the tires and rims were severely damaged. It took an extensive amount of negotiation and even walking away from the deal before they finally offered a reasonable solution. It's incredibly unprofessional to present a vehicle with such obvious damage and then make the customer work so hard to rectify the situation.Furthermore, the finance manager repeatedly provided me with incorrect information not once, but three times. It was evident that I was the only one looking out for my own best interests.The lack of transparency and professionalism displayed by the dealership throughout the entire process made it impossible for me to trust and have faith in the deal. As a result, I made the difficult decision to walk away. To make matters worse, it took an astonishing four attempts and five days of contacting the dealership just to get my deposit back. This level of inefficiency and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.In stark contrast, my experience at another dealership was absolutely amazing. It's clear that this particular car dealership has a long way to go in terms of customer service, transparency, and efficiency. I strongly advise potential buyers to trust their instincts, scrutinize every detail, and thoroughly investigate any previous complaints before considering doing business with this dealership.
