Typically do not write negative reviews but I’d like to warn any other customers that may run into something similar.I had all my Volvo service completed here since my vehicle was purchased. After a recent check engine light I was told I needed a new engine..The amount of stress that this entire ordeal caused was insane as I was just about to leave on vacation.When I returned, towed the vehicle to two other shops to get another opinion as I was thinking of just selling the car at that point.Thank goodness I did as both suggested I just needed to replace the fuel injectors. Had the fuel injectors and spark plugs replaced and car is running perfect.I still want to think the tech that looked at the car just didn’t know what he was doing as all prior service here was great. I will not be returning going forward. Learning lesson is to get another opinion before spending a high amount of money here. Will still pick up the occasional parts as they’ve been friendly.

I will not recommend this dealership unfortunately they have the monopoly on volvo cars in the lower mainland

Recently I have to deal with service regarding warranty insurance. Paul Metry was the service advisor. It was so difficult to deal with the warranty insurance and he took upon himself and got all the repair's and tyre replacement done. A magnificent job. I have dealt with him in the past for all my repairs. He is very honest and trustworthy and does not push and mandate repairs. He explains everything and let you decide the repair. He is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and addresses them. I personally always prefer to deal with him. Today i was talking about car stalling and he brought a technician to test drive with me and I was able to show the problem. Hope this gets resolved soon.
