I had a great experience buying a car here. My father and I came here looking for a vehicle and were helped immensely by one of the Brand Ambassors, Vishal. He was very kind, took great care of my dad and was pretty open and honest about everything. The Finance Manager was also wonderful. He took the time to explain everything to us carefully and clearly and made it very simple to understand. Im glad these guys are apart of the Zanchin automotive group. I will be buying cars from them again.

Recently purchased my Mazda CX-5 from there. I worked with Nawfal, JJ and Aneet. The team was cool to work with. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their inventory. Just felt like a smooth and straightforward process. I just found these guys to be a great team. It’s a 5 for me because they let me proceed at my own pace and weren’t pushy about the sale. Overall I walked away happy with my car and the level of service I received.

Amazing service! The sales person was Nawfal, and he was very professional and created the entire process of buying a car very smooth and flawless.Professional, same time, treats their customers like family. The Entire team goes out of their way to offer the best price, service and try as much as possible to create a memorable experience. I will keep going their for my future purchases as well.

Got a car from them a couple months back. I left the dealership agreeing that no warranties or extra protection was to be added to my total. I got a call from the financing department the next day saying I was approved for an extra year on the payment schedule but she had to add a few warranties to make it happen. It slipped my mind at the time and I agreed, I did a deep dive into the paperwork now and she added an extra $5000 in warranties and protection, all to bring my monthly payment total down by $2. It is my fault for not looking into it in more detail but it was extremely predatory of them to add an extra $5k knowing the savings were going to be negligible. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING or verbally agree to anything with out triple checking it.

I worked with Khush to purchase a used Mazda 3 for my step-daughter in early December. Not only was he knowledgeable with the vehicle, he was exactly what you'd hope a car salesman would be. Wasn't pushy, was helpful, answered all my questions and made the whole process easy and comfortable. The sales manager Jujhaar (JJ) was also great and so was the finance manager Aneet.There were a couple of small cosmetic issues with the car and those were taken care of upon delivery. As this was my step-daughters first car I wanted it to be special for her when she picked it up. The car was detailed and waiting for her under a sheet with a red bow on the hood. The unveiling was perfect! It was this small touch that will make her first purchased vehicle a special memory for her.Thank you Khush, JJ and Aneet for making this happen for her. You guys are the best. There is no doubt in my mind that if I have another opportunity to work with Infiniti of Brampton I will and it will be another great experience!

I travelled 2 hours to trade in and purchase a used vehicle with them due to their quick response through their website. I dealt primarily with Nawfal, Aneet and JJ and it was a fantastic and a seamless process. They treated me with professionalism and were very helpful in explaining all the finances. They were able to meet the price for my trade in over the other competitors I asked before them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Every worker there is very nice. They treat all clients with respect. They lend me a 2022 car for 3 days because mine was been repaired. What I like the most is that they always wash the cars after repair. Love it
