My partner and I were very intimidated by the house hunting process, especially since we had just welcomed a baby home. Thankfully, however, we were referred to Sam by a friend, and she made the entire process not only thorough and efficient, but actually enjoyable. We were impressed not only by her extensive knowledge of the real estate market, but also the insights she provided on each property and what we could expect if we owned it (e.g. maintenance required for older builds). Going to house viewings with a new baby is challenging even on the best of days, but Sam always went out of her way to ensure that the viewings worked for our schedule, and she was so patient and flexible for when we needed to attend to our child. Overall, she was such a pleasure to work with, and has a personality that instantly puts you at ease. We will miss our time spent with Sam, as with her help we found our forever home, and we would refer our friends and family to her in a heartbeat!
