This morning my daughter invited me out for breakfast in your establishment, the service was friendly and fast, now that could be that there was only 3 tables occupied, after receiving the meal I can see why. Ordered your all day breakfast 3 eggs, home fries with sausage and Texas toast. First the home potatoes where dried out not seasoned and warm not hot, when I looked at the flat top I could see a large amount of potatoes just laying there, don’t know how long but definitely way to long, very dried out some where even hard where they where not to good to eat, over easy eggs should still have fair bit of yolk to dip the toast in, mine where border line to becoming a fried egg. Toast was served with a packet of jam no butter/margarine on the side. Idk maybe I have higher expectations, but what got me the most was when I saw your cook prepare a meal and then sat in the dinning area to eat, is that common practice? It wasn’t a good experience and most likely will be my last, 12.99 meal was about 12 dollars to much tbh.

As usual you can't go wrong with breakfast at Sunset.Friendly servers, quick service, good food with good sized portions. Quick coffee refills.Tried the new meat lovers poutine, enjoyed it. Big meal, would get again.Just feel they could've coordinated just a little better on the timing of bringing the food over, as one member of our family sat with no food, as we all waited for his food to arrive before we could wait.

They tried, however, the short-staffing situation got our orders delayed and messed up from what we originally ordered. The result was not as pleasant as expected. They were understanding and nice enough by offering and waving the coffee off the check.

First time at this location, but not at Sunset Grill. Met a friend for brunch on Thursday. Server was friendly but not overbearing, and gave us time to chat. I had one of those breakfast combos that included bacon eggs and 2 pancakes. This review is mainly about the pancakes. I was genuinely impressed with them. They were dream pancakes. I took most of my food home because I wasn't that hungry at the time, but even reheating them a day later in the air fryer, those pancakes still delivered. So shout out to whoever was responsible for preparing my food that day. Keep up the good work! :)

I was extremely disappointed with the service/food that I received today from this establishment, first of all when the food was delivered it was slammed on the table the server was on the phone did not make eye contact or any effort to acknowledge our presence and my company had a ginormous shell right on the top of his eggs benedict , and also warning do not get the smoked salmon plate as you have to do everything yourself (i.e the cream cheese comes in little containers and the salmon is on the plate separate it’s like a DIY not like a restaurant). We did not get compensated as did not want to complain when we barely saw waitress anyways.

I’m not too sure if the negative review is about this place because I’ve been frequenting this establishment since it opened and I have never seen or heard the owner being rude or disrespectful to the staff. Quite the contrary in fact. She is an excellent example of what good customer service is all about. As far as a hair in the food, I’ve not experienced that there, but as a person who eats out in restaurants for every meal, all year long, I can tell you that that can happen and has happened to me many times, and in many fine dining establishments, so the point being that in spite of one’s best efforts it can happen. I’ve been extremely happy with this place. I’ve always been treated with respect and professionalism and I’d highly recommend it in Innisfil.

Found 2 hairs cooked in my pancakes! Disgusting! Would of told the owner but after seeing how she talks so rudely to her staff figured that it wouldn’t go over well. Won’t be back and I don’t recommend.**Edit: Not sure why Rick Horendfelt felt the need to write a review about my review. It was my experience as well as my group’s experience not Rick’s experience. And yes, it absolutely was the Innisfil Sunset Grill. This Rick must be friends of the owner or related in some way. I certainly don’t appreciate someone commenting on an experience I had and one that they had absolutely nothing to do with. Ridiculous.

Cute little place. The food always feels fresh and the staff is very nice and friendly. The place is clean and has a nice vibe. If you find yourself in Innisfil, this is the place to go.
