This was our first year here at Ocean Breeze, What a wonderful piece of heaven on earth!! The park, the location and the other campers give this place a family feel. The owners Cathy and Bruce cannot do enough for you and have done an excellent job building this park from the ground up. When we are there we truly feel at peace. Hope to be here for years to come..

Staying seasonal at Ocean Breeze RV Park is a great experience. Wonderful people, great management, large lots and beautiful ocean scenery.

Sunday will mark the end of our first season as members of the Ocean breeze family. We have met so many wonderful people and had one of the best summers of our lives. Cathy and Bruce have worked very hard to make this place a little piece of heaven! They even managed to fit in lots of great events despite the ever-changing Covid restrictions. Just the right amount of fun with neighbours balanced very well with quiet private time on our very large lots! Can’t wait till spring!!

Ocean Breeze RV Park is situated on a lovely property on the Northumberland Shore and caters mainly to seasonal RVers. In the past couple of weeks almost 30% of tenants have left this park; a few who were not renewed for next season, and the remainder who are fed up.This is NOT the place for you if:You like to have funYou want to be friends with other park members (social groups are not acceptable)You want to enjoy a group campfire (could be accused of being a cult)You don't want to be constantly watched on cameraYou want to use the clubhouse facilities or expect them to meet minimum health guidelinesYou want reliable, good quality internetPark management:Views suggestions as complaintsSays best tenants are the ones who don't use their RV'sRules do not apply to all tenants, favoritism evidentShares inappropriate information with others breaching your right to privacyConstantly complains about routine park expenses such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc.Purchased a defibrillator from 50/50 draw funds then keeps it in locked clubhouse where it is not accessible.If this doesn't sound like what you are looking for, you should look for a better option .Ocean Breeze had such great potential and it is a shame to see what has happened to it.

We were lucky enough to score a seasonal spot in 2020. Bruce and Cathy are the phenomenal owners of this beautiful facility. It’s a small park with big lots. It’s just like owning your own parcel of land on the waterfront here in NS. If your looking for a relaxing getaway without the noise and drama of other campgrounds this is the place for you.

I am the owner, designer and constructor of this amazing RV Park. I put my heart and soul into this wonderful facility. As a business owner sometimes you have to make the difficult decisions. Yes, we removed a group of people that were adversely affecting the well being, safety and enjoyment of several of the tenants, as well as the longevity and future of this RV Park. You will read some bad reviews from them. Pretty much sour grapes indeed. I can assure you that this RV Park’s future is indeed prospering and its a wonderful place to have your RV right next to the ocean. 2021 was a great camping season at Ocean Breeze RV Park! A beautiful location, congenial campers, spectacular sunsets, a perfect place to relax -- what more could you ask for? Cathy and Bruce are the consummate campground hosts -- friendly and helpful. There is a variety of organized activities for those who wish to participate, and it's always a pleasure to gather around a fire with a few new friends to share some stories and laughs. Thanks Bruce and Cathy for welcoming us to this special place.

Ocean Breeze RV Park is a fantastic park. This was our first year at the park and we enjoyed every minute. We met many amazing people. Covid of course made for an interesting year but park owners, Bruce and Cathy, did a great job of following protocols and also making us feel welcome! A beautiful park on the water. Amazing sunsets! A quiet park where you can relax and enjoy a bonfire with friends! Counting the days until we are back in the spring .

Beautiful RV parkBeautiful private beach with boat launch great sized lots, community fire pit, clubhouse for events(covid restrictions cancelled majority this year unfortunately), hanging out with family, friends and other members(usually open anytime of day during July & August ) book & dvd share, board games, pool,shuffle board,darts, coin laundry, wifi works well enough to browse facebook, emails & even download a netflix episode(speed depends on how many users at the same time. Some close campers to building can pick it up, if they're streaming it is really slow)But we dont go to the ocean for the wifi.Gated remote entry, security cameras on the road and clubhouse to know if an unwanted guest enters the park(we are lucky this hasn't happened except for a hungry bear in the green bins)and the same people for the whole season(no over nighters) is a great sense of community, everyone looks out for one another(with kids, dogs, removing fallen trees from storms off sheds, helping with deck building,watering lawns, cleaning the clubhouse after a park potluck or bbq, wrapping kids gifts for xmas in July, winterizing campers for the end of the season and so much more)Playground with swings, slide, treehouse, sand boat, basketball net, monkey bars, soccer net, mud piles and a wet ditch for mud pies(our kids favorite place to play when not at the beach). Community fire pit to meet other members or have your own at your site.Amazing sunsets & star gazing.People have come and gone in our 4 years here, some are greatly missed! There can definitely be drama at times but expected when you have different ages and types of people gathering but easily avoidable if you like to keep to yourself or a small group ;)

In June 2019 we arrived at Ocean Breeze excited about our new adventure. We were in the latest section of the park with lots of mud. We very quickly built a deck and put gravel around our unit and driveway to stop tracking mud. Unfortunately our enthusiasm only lasted a week, management came to us and told us how bad our neighbour was for 1.5 hrs. After departing our site my husband looked at me and said “what the .....have we just done. Our first year was not happy and we did not spend a lot of time there. Over the next months we did check out seasonal parks to look at relocating but unfortunately no vacancies. These were parks with 280-300 sites, you would think there would be considerable change over...but no one moving.2020 with Covid 19 rules made for a different season. Getting together with a few neighbours we decided we would come up with some events that we could enjoy together and also stay within the Covid rules. We were so pleased to get to spend some quality time with the neighbours and get to know them better. Unfortunately our behaviour was not appreciated by the management of the park and the end of September as we were enjoying a fire management came and called us a cult and said we were causing issues for his park. He recommended us to move to another park as he had a list of 50 people who he can quickly fill the sites. He said we did not respect them, how he could say that when all our lawns had been seeded, fertilized, mowed and beautiful gravelled driveways done by the occupant. To me that showed total respect and if I had been management would have told residents how pleased I was to have such great people.There were 10 units that took his advice and moved on. Advise to anyone who makes the decision to cal Ocean Breeze home...do not build a deck or put a shed in until you are really sure this is where you want to be.
