This is the best bread I have ever had! As a Type 1 diabetic it’s the only bread I can eat that doesn’t have bad effects on my blood sugar, proving that these ingredients are 100% healthy and true to what Daniel the baker promises his customers.I recommend all of the breads they have to offer, they all have a unique taste that you can even eat it on its own! Definitely 5 STARS

Breads are exceptional and made with the best quality ingredients. As a chef I always look for food with the best value to bring home for my own family, and Boulangerie Des Rosiers has really impressed me. Certified Organic breads made from ancient grains, not to mention all sourdough. WOW! - and delicious of course!

Excellent pain bio. Je le reçois dans mon panier de légumes bi-mensuel. J'adore surtout le pain au quinoa! Le blé non bio d'Amérique du Nord me rend malade, alors bien heureuse d'avoir découvert ces pains!

Les pains sont toujours aussi délicieux avec leur saveurs originales qui donne le goût d'en manger à tout les matins.

What a great experience. I was lucky enough to have met Daniel DesRosiers today at Boucherie Atlantique. I am originally from Germany and am very spoiled when it comes to a wide variety of quality breads. But Daniels skill and passion is just amazing and brought me right back home. What a delight to try the different kinds of breads he has to offer. There is nothing better and i can already see that the sliced Vollkornbrot i took home for the family, won't last long. What a great collaboration with Boucherie Atlantique and their first class bread slicing machine. Thick or thin, there are no limits. Merci Daniel and i am looking forward to try some of the other bread creations you have very soon.
