Lili Viola Pilates
I've been doing Pilates for years but Lili Viola Pilates studio has really changed the game for me. I saw and felt the difference in the classical Pilates method almost immediately and, after 8 months, have a totally new body - stronger and fitter than ever before. The instructors are fantastic and very well versed in anatomy, which makes private lessons and group classes both intensive and dynamic. I will be a client for a very very long time!

I am a former client. I used to go to Lili viola pilates . And I used to see Johnathan. He was really good. I really liked going there but then I stopped because it was closed during Covid from what I heard. But I loved going there!

Lili Viola has a terrific Pilates studio and provides an incredible Classical Pilates experience. She is an excellent instructor and coach, who is knowledgeable, personable, and lovely. I am blessed to learn from Lili whenever I have the chance and play at her studio, equipped with the wonderful gratz equipment. I would highly recommend Lili.
