Very good staff and they are amazing with our pets. Zeus is having heart problems and they were very clear about the costs of his treatment before proceeding in order to make sure we were OK it. The pics aren't great since he was mad at me for taking him to the vet.

Had appointments for a cat and two dogs today. The were very thorough with their examinations. The final appointment of the day was our 13 year old husky had to be euthanized! Everyone there was kind and helpful. The most important was the care they gave to us all. Very kind and considerate. The made a very difficult situation easier for us. Thank you for your care all the way around.

Wouldn’t recommend this Vet Office very expensive you call and cancel an appointment because you can’t afford it. They threaten you with a $50 fee. You don’t show up to an appointment because you called and canceled. They charge you a $50 fee decided that it would be better off going to a different vet. Don’t feel that the Vet Clinic has my best interest or my pets interests at heart.

We were early for an emergency visit they squeezed in. Vet was running a little behind. We got in to a waiting room before our scheduled appointment. Vet came in about 25 minutes past scheduled appointment. He examined our kitty right on the scale. She is old and had waited the whole time on it so he let her stay on it. Prescribed antibiotics and explained how to apply an Epsom salt poultice.We regularly go to Hotham’s. They are good as fitting you in for emergencies...during regular business hours.

Dr. Hotham and his team are like an extension of family for our beloved fur babies! We have always been treated with compassion and professionalism. We have visited Hotham's for a variety of visit types for all of our pets and they always take the best care of them as if they were their own. They even have the best patience when the whole funny farm" of our 3 dogs come in at once! Thank you for all you do!"

Amazing service, the staff and veterinarians really care. Very friendly and professional. I've had four dogs and three cats under their care, everything from check ups, immunizations, spay, neutering. Took a star off because they no longer have after hours service, and it'll take 9 months to get my dog in for her rabies shot.

Always greeted with a smile. My dog loves the girls. Every time we go, all I say is ready to go see the girls, and he's in the vehicle.Everyone is very caring, about all critters big or small and everything in between. They are very sensitive to what you are feeling, whether it's good new, bad news, or something between. They check in after surgery, which is awesome. I absolutely love Hotham's veterinarian, but I can't say enough positivity about them.
