I liked Dr. Bajwaa a lot.But during my pregnancy , there was a lot of dismissive behaviour towards concerns in my pregnancy and development of my baby,including a comment from her staff saying they dont have timeto find a gynecologist in my preferred location" .she gave the gynecologist the wrong due date because of which i didnt end up seeing a gynecologist until my 3rd trimester had already begun.After I switched doctors

I went for an appointment yesterday and the receptionist that I dealt with was phenomenal! Dr. Krishnar is amazing, like always! Very thorough!

I don’t write too many reviews. But in this time of crazy. Let me say. Starting from the office staff to Doctor Bajea. They are call first class. Even when they are very busy. They return calls,promptly. Staff are all friendly and seem genuinely concerned and helpful. My review of Doc Bajea’ is ,she is a great doctor. Very thoughtful and gets things done Only issue. Hard to get through on the phone at times. But. I guess when your a first class operation. It’s a small price to pay GreAt job to all at Bronte Medical. Cheers. J.

Changing my review since Dr Abi is no longer filling in for Narula. The new secretary staff is exceptionally rude, impossible to get a hold of (never answer phone and no email) and they never fax the pharmacy in anything regarding a timely matter resulting in having to phone frequently. Never even met Narula because she’s always on Mat leave or vacation which was the issue I had with Abawi who she replaced (never there). The new location makes it difficult to get to as well since it’s almost in Burlington.

Pick up your phone - I’ve been trying to call for 3 days. There is no way to reach you?!

I'll take my initial review back as meeting Dr. Narula was a pleasure and I honestly thought she would be a great Dr. However after having my blood work run, she said nothing of concern and my blood work looks great! however my levels esp of vit d were extremely low .. I have health issues and much could possibly be related to vit d deficiency .. anyways I also called the office due to passing out and having other issues..Dr was texted as per receptionist and I was told I will be called back..I was never called back.. needed to go to ER. I don't think this dr is as competent as I originally thought. So far almost everything I experienced is a red flag.

What is the point of having a medical practice or family doctor when he is never there. On vacation all the time, doesnt work fridays. I understand as you get older youre able to control your schedule and enjoy life more, but then maybe time to retire and let a new young doctor who has time for patients into the office? Cant get an important prescription refilled because of this. Not to mention, the new secretarial staff is not very personable.
