I was incredibly pleased with my experience. The staff was very welcoming. One staff member in particular named Maria was very helpful in the fitting room. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you again Maria for all your help!

In store experience was great! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and truly couldn’t say anything bad about my in store experience at all! They were all lovely!The product quality however is unfortunately absolute garbage. The bra I purchased already broke and the wire has popped out the side and if I were to continue to wear it, would keep stabbing my side. I think I’ve had it for maybe a month at best? Time to put my money elsewhere. Absolute garbage quality.

Some of the product are not good quality but cute. I love my cutie winter slippers

Great experience and good sale deals. Always able to try things on in store and are able to accommodate exchanges in size or give a store credit for other items. However for returns there is no money back just exchange or store credit so make sure your aware of this and if it's for you make sure to try it on as different styles of the same kind of thing don't always fit the same.

Yesterday I received TERRIBLE customer service from a ‘manager’.She behaved incredibly unprofessional and rude to me when I brought in a return on Black Friday. No where said they did not do returns , had she politely told me they wished to do it another day I would have kindly obliged. Instead she came up to me and said “are you really going to return that today, that’s kind of inconsiderate of you” I asked how and she’s said since it’s so busy. The store was busy yes but I was in line with no one else behind me at that time. She then made me wait and took the next costumer that came up after I had waited for 10 minutes. Finally when I was the only one around I had to call her back over to ring in my return. She then told me they only did store credit on promo items (which I had but bought two days previous on brand new merch and it was buy one get one half off .. not sale) (( I later looked online and this is not a policy, she lied because she was angry I was trying to do a return)) long story short we finally did the return that took no longer than a sale and quicker the the gift certificate sale she let go ahead of me. I brought this to her attention and she claimed it’s because my information was in their system so it was fast. She had no right to treat me this way, and be so rude. For a manager I expect more professionalism and better customer service. I’ve worked in retail and that’s not how you treat anyone no matter how you feel. I will not be shopping at la vie en rose nanaimo any more, which is a shame since I do enjoy their products .

I have been coming to this store for a few years now and I usually have a good experience. Today, however, when I was in the change room trying on bras a staff member opened the door while I was changing not once, but TWICE without knocking...in a LINGERIE store. I thought I had locked the door but it seemed the button wasn't working. Once could be an honest mistake, but having it happen twice was just unacceptable. You'd think the staff would be trained to knock on the door first to make sure that no one is in there. My privacy was completely violated and it made me feel very uncomfortable and flustered. If anyone from the store reads this, please make sure your staff know to knock first before opening a door when someone could be potentially half-naked.

The assistant manager Cara was a massive help to me and I've never felt so good about myself! I'm so thankful I found her when I did I've never been so happy and comfortable with what I've purchased!

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with just the manger and the Nanaimo La Vie En Rose at woodgrove mall she was very rude to me and my girlfriend when it was a very simple very easy exchange but it became over dramatized ordeal I had to come up with all the of the solutions which should not be the case when I’m the customer I had bought a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas they had defect in the product so I just want to exchange them but she made me feel like it was my fault when they’ve been wrapped up everything.But i will say all of the employees are fantastic and helpful go out of their way especially Tony she the best.

I was recently in this location for the first time, I needed some help with sizing and pricing. Nicole was FANTASTIC she is an excellent representation for your company and is truly an asset to your team. She went above and beyond to help me and was very friendly and honest. I didn't end up making a purchase but it was strictly due to budget & pricing. Thank you so much Nicole ❤️

the assistant manager cara is so freaking sweet i love her! she gives off such great vibes and has exceeded expectations for her customer service.
