I am a nurse working in Orillia and I live in Toronto, last night after my shift my tire blew, i felt really frustrated but this company their service was fast and efficient, he went i over and beyond. He was very detailed in what I needed to do. They got me on my way quickly. Thank you so much

Two of your employees just double parked me so they could get coffee at the timmies on atherly st and then proceeded to be rude when they seen I wasn't impressed. They could of parked in the empty parking lot but that was too far to walk I guess.

Freezing cold today at -29. I called for a tow due to a dead battery. The very friendly lady who answered said apologetically that it may be 90 minutes to two hours before she could get someone to me. I was thankful nonetheless. He was at my house within a 1/2 hour and was able to boost my car instead. I drove straight to Midas for a new battery! I would recommend All Canadian Towing to everyone! Thank you.

Unfortunately this review cost me 500$. Called for a tow after my GMC truck had an oil pressure warning go off. It was a very cold day and the gentleman was very nice, however, the hooks slipped and damaged/crushed the CV boot. I was unaware of this until 4 days later when the dealership informed me. The dealership replaced the whole axle as I was informed it was just about the same cost if you try to replace the boot (I am assuming labour?).I called ACT multiple times and asked for the owner to return my call. I even went directly to their office with the crushed boot and invoice. Finally after a week, I was contacted and after a heated exchange was offered 12$ to replace the boot. I was told I wasn't allowed to authorize a repair on my own vehicle.Am I to wait a week while my truck sits in a shop for someone to call me back? I have kids and a job to tend to. This has been my experience and it gives their industry a bad name.

Got locked out of my car and was on hold with CAA for half an hour. My mom was able to get a hold of this company instead and they were at my house in 15 minutes. Took about 5 minutes to get into my car. Friendly service, reasonably priced.
