Equal Flow Heating & Cooling

Recently had our furnace replaced by Equal Flow. We had quotes from 3 companies and Equal Flow was a standout, and not just for price. Brian and his team were honest and straightforward, incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and friendly. Great price and no unnecessary upselling! I would highly recommend Equal Flow!

They took the time to assess our air conditioning needs, inspect the current setup, answered questions, made sure the new equipment would work BEFORE we ordered, and installed on time with no surprises like they said during the quote process.

AC is working again. My neighbour told me about Equal Flow after my AC conked out on the longest heatwave I can remember. Chris came by that same day, told me what I need, he ordered the parts and he came back the very next day the parts came in. These guys are amazing, returned my call within 15 minutes, at my house in another 15. Installed our furnace 10 years ago, 2 service calls in that time. Professional, polite, and really go out of their way.Our house is at 13 at the moment, and Brian is driving to Rexdale to get us a part. Wish the entire service industry was this committed!

This company is top notch! Brian (who owns Equal Flow) is about as honest of a guy as you are going to find absolutely anywhere. I have used them for many years for annual maintenance and the install of a gas fireplace. During this hot summer my AC unit decided to quit and Brian was there the very next day to give me my options. I decided to replace both the AC and furnace as they were 22 years old. I received a fantastic price and great service to go along with it. Brian took the time to explain both new units to me after they were installed and their clean up was meticulous. Their workmanship is second to none and they stand behind their work. I would recommend Equal Flow to anyone who is looking for HVAC repair, replacement or maintenance. Kim who is their office manager was more than helpful in answering all my questions regarding timing of the install along with their product lines and is very professional! Had a clogged condensation hose, came by fixed the problem, no charge. Great guy. Highly recommend.
