Great company to work with! Special thanks to Sean H. for his attention to detail and expertise with the dock leveler.

I had contacted Hansler after purchasing a used Blue Giant Walkie Stacker and finding out that they were the authorized service depot. The Walkie was in good working order but I just wanted to make sure everything was greased and oiled properly. First I had to set up an account before they would talk about service. No one contacted me that the account was set up. I called to set up an appointment and a service man showed up. After tinkering for over an hour, the walkie was no longer working. I was told I would have to get an estimate on the repair. I called several times and they told me they were working on it. After a week I was told that the machine was non repairable.I was dealt with incompetence during the entire experience. I do NOT recommend Hansler Industries.I then contacted Liftow on Walkley Road. Within 24 hours they had a service tech here, ordered replacement parts and had my Walkie as good as new. I'm sure that if I had contacted these guys first, they would not have needed to order parts. Just saying...

Driver in Orleans, ON on Tenth Line rd. Friday June 17th at 8:00pm swerved over two lanes of traffic narrowly missing multiple vehicles who honked at him. After this, the driver proceeded to slam on his brakes nearly causing another accident seeming to challenge one of the nearly hit drivers in a road rage incident…. Concerning enough that as an on-looker I had to report this somewhere, not very pleasant to witness! Reported to police.

Hansler has been providing contracted PM services to our (City of Kingston) docks for several years. Most recently we had a dock failure requiring a replacement and Kyla Barbour was able to receive a replacement ramp under the original estimated time. Kyla and the team are always professional and a pleasure to work with which is sometimes at a moments notice, this is always appreciated but not always expressed. Thank you!

Hansler brings many things to the table.The biggest for me is that the techs are trained on all services, welding, docks, doors etc!This is key if you have a variety of issues you only get one service call not three or four that you would from competitors.Sean and Kyla have built a very strong relationship with us for over twenty some odd years.Always professional and always want what’s best for us.I hope to continue this relationship going forward as they are our first call when we have issues.Thanks for the service!!!Mike LaHaiseDirector DistributionMetro Ontario Inc.

We took over a facility that was in rough shape. Kyla and Sean from the Dock and Door division did a thorough site survey and were able to repair rather than replace some portions, saving us a bundle.
