We like the one-on-one appointments but it's so difficult to get an appointment that we've given up. You have to book out like 3 months in advance.

I have been brining my 2 dogs to this groomer for months, and have had no issue with the work.Last week, they decided to change their waiver agreement from the one that I had originally signed, and they had placed some things in it that seemed suspicious.The first thing was adding a liability waiver for ANY injury caused to my dogs, not just preexisting conditions. They are expecting to be removed from any liability if they cause injury to my dogs. So, if they slip with their sheers, or place 2 dogs together and one passes a disease onto the other, the injuries or illnesses are the owners of the injured animals' fault! Yes, even if that injury is from the negligence of their team! That to me is absurd! I have not seen any other clause from any other groomer that I have used, and we have used a few, being that we have moved towns a couple times.Next, they were demanding that they are able to use any photos of our animals, without approval, for marketing and advertising, without giving any credit to us. If they were human children, that would be unthinkable.I had no problem signing the rest of their waiver, but these two are not reasonable requests.We will not be bringing our animals back and would recommend people think twice as to why these new clauses are in their agreements...

We’ve taken our dogs and Cats to Chauvet for quite a few years. We have always been so pleased with not only the results but the loving care they have shown both our dogs and cats. They were absolutely amazing when our two dogs got really old and needed special care.We recommend this place 100%!!

The best groomer in Langley! The dogs are not kenneled and you can tell these woman have a true love for pets. My pup was so happy to go there and when I picked her up, she was equally as happy.

Since moving to Langley, I have taken my dog to Chavuet dog grooming 5 times. I consistently have an amazing experience with them! I appreciate that they do not put dogs in kennels like most other groomers do. Their appointments are usually about 1-1.5 hours, so it's very convenient for me and less stress on my dog. Making future appointments is great too because I can book up to 4 months in advance. Whenever I drop off my dog, I am always greeted with a smile and friendly attitude. My dog looks absolutely adorable every time I pick him up.Very professional groomers. Highly recommended. Very affordable rates.

Michelle is literally the best! My dog is crazy and scared of the blow dryer - but he always come out handsome and happy. She’s reasonably priced for the excellent quality of work - and is fast! We’ve been going for years!

We’ve had only good experiences bringing our bernedoodle for grooming at Chauvet since she was a puppy. Michelle is caring and efficient. She provides friendly and clear communication. Other dog owners consistently compliment our dog’s haircuts and ask where we get her groomed. We’ve been so happy with the care she receives with Michelle at Chauvet that we continue to bring her there even though we moved to Port Moody!

A small storefront in Langley's that you're likely to drive by without even noticing. But do that and you'll miss out on an amazing haircut for your dog. The staff are passionate, smiling, and willing to take the time to answer your questions. They are animal lovers and seem to be there for all the puppy Love over it being a job. Added is a before an after photo of Luna the Labradoodle. Luna will be getting her hair cut and spa day here again for sure.
