LaSalle After Hours Walk-In Clinic

Normally a good clinic with friendly staff and doctor, however, the last 2 times I have attempted to see a doctor, they claim to be not taking patients any more. I get and understand that the number of ppl in line affect their intake times, but I have been there both times before 3:45 and they close at 7pm. Either way, whatever, not happy

Got there as soon as they opened and there was a sign saying they weren’t taking anymore patients. a bunch of lazy people working here, don’t waste your time. They don’t even bother to answer their phones after calling 6 times.

If you’re going to stop taking patients an hour and a half before closing, at least have the decency to pick up your phone and inform people before they drive out there. And with and empty lot and no patients in the waiting area!!!

According to the hours posted online, they are open from 9-1 on Saturdays. Knowing how this clinic operates, I thought showing up at 10:30, a whole 2.5 hours before closing would guarantee I would be able to see a doctor.Naturally, I was wrong. Posted to the door over 2 hours before closing was a sign that stated they were done taking patients for the day. I would've understood this had the parking lot at least been full but it wasn't. This will be the last time I attempt to go to this clinic. The convenience of it being in LaSalle is not worth the ludicrous wait times (if they decide to bless you with the privilege of waiting for a doctor) and the staff which manages to toe the line between apathetic and plain rude.Don't ignore the reviews. Don't waste your time. Actually being able to see a doctor is worth a drive.

This is the third time in the year that I go to this clinic and never even get a chance to get help. The clinic opens at 4 pm. I arrived 4:06 pm and I was told they were not taking patients anymore!!

Not accepting patients 2 hours before close (or more). Unacceptable service no matter the reason. Can’t advertise being opened yet offer no service well before close. If the backlog is that bad, improve your efficiency with more staff or better system.

Good luck getting in to see a doctor if anything happens within an hour or two after they open because that's when they stop taking patients

Pros:The 2 doctors I saw at this clinic were great. They took their time and really listened and evaluated my issue.Cons:The wait is really long but that’s because the doctors take time with their patients. It’s about 1-2 hrs long.One of the two doctors I saw gave me 2 forms for some tests and neither of them had my info on it or the doctors. I almost wasn’t able to do the blood work and the X-ray I couldn’t even get done.If you get any forms for tests, make sure your information and the doctors name is on the paper before you leave.

You need to be there within the first hour it opens to reserve a spot. I gave 2 stars since we have used there serviced in the past and the process and service has been average.If you don't like it go somewhere else" which is what people are saying.. Which is probably very accurate.We understand it's difficult finding Doctors and staff. But if your going to operate an After Hours Walk-in Clinic business it MUST be capable of accepting patients after the first hour of opening. Today I called Saturday morning 10:30 am and they replied with "we are not accepting any new patients for the day" the residence of LaSalle deserve better than a clinic that can't operate as a Walk-in Clinic let alone an After Hours Clinic."
