Wish I could give them zero but I can’t. Parents please be aware of location. Children service Aide was called on my partner and I with allegations of neglect for our then 3 year old autistic son. We had a family emergency my husband went to get our son from the centre but didn’t have his car seat, it was with me being that I always did pick up and drop off. This was during the pandemic, the owner Laura called me several hours later with another person on the phone which was an ambushed to me. I’ve never knew of or spoken to this person before so I hang up immediately. She called back I explained that I felt ambushed and to question my parenting skills on a phone call with and individual that I haven’t even meet was disgusting. After hearing her out I explained to her what happened and told her thanks for her concern.My husband told me to pull my son out right away but I didn’t because they were the only centre operating and my son really needed therapy. The day after Laura called me stating that her staff had call children’s aide the day of the incident happened but she was unaware of it before calling me, and wanted to give me a heads up I knew it was more to that called.Second day after the incident sure enough children’s aide called, I explained to her what happens and told her if the centre was so concerned about our son wellbeing why didn’t they deny dad access to him or called me or the police instead off allowing him to go with dad because it was closing time and we know people hate staying late after work.Second red flag Laura lied to me about not knowing that the staff called children’s aide on us because the worker said that the call was made a whole day after the incident and this was after I spoke to Laura and her partner explaining what happened. I know this was them being spiteful and nasty because I hung up on them on the first ambushed phone call.Third red flag they tried me make us look unfit/careless by putting in the report that this was no mistake or accident on our behalf because it’s a planned pick up and Mom always picks up the child……. How dumb can you be if mom always pick up but Dad shows up what does that say. Long story short the worker had compassion, understood emergency happens and saw right through them being vindictive. The file was closed and I took him out of this centre.I know we were discriminated against from this centre because of our ethnic background…… we ask black systemic racism at its finest. All I could have done was cry, I can remember clearly them telling me he had a bad days and he was always not happy when I picked him up. I trusted these people with my vulnerable child who could not talk or tell me anything. Keep in mind this was during covid parents wasn’t allowed inside so I couldn’t just pop up. They are cold hearted and like I told Laura I don’t wish this on no one but karma will get them especially if they have kids.I won’t trust this place with my raccoon.

One Care has been our saving grace. Our Son learned soo many skills. The team at One Care is very welcoming and supportive. We have now been part of this organization for 5 year. Very thankful for all the gains our Son has made!

The staff at One Care are wonderful, supportive and attentive. The team is passionate about what they do and they ensure their clients needs are met . Service level they provide is top notch! Highly recommend.

Great place to work! Management are very supportive and understanding. Lots of room to grow and a great place to learn about children on the Autism spectrum and how to support their families.Applying A.B.A. principals into One Care'a Academy has made a big difference in the lives of many individuals allowing them resources and tools to gain an Ontario Curriculum based education that isn't always achievable in a mainstream school. Lots of job satisfaction and an amazing team environment.

The staff at one care inc. are very professional .I'm sure that we will be getting the best quality care, and they will truly go above and beyond.

Asked to have an interview 20 minutes before the time requested. Then was not given the zoom link. Company did not reach out to apologize for not showing up to the interview or reach out the next day to follow up. VERY unprofessional. Not a good first impression.
