Headline Barber Shop

It turns out the part in my hair hasn't been improperly aligned for years and the barber at this place pointed it out, and really elevated my style! I don't remember the name of the specific barber, but he really knows his stuff!

Headline barber shop is one of the best barber shops that I have been to. They are a very professional establishment. The location is nice and clean, and very well kept. The hairdressers will always listen to your requests, and your hair will come out looking better than before. In the years that I have been visiting Headline, I have never been dissatisfied with a cut. I will continue to come to this establishment for many years to come. In this post pandemic world, Headline barber shop continues to follow COVID protocols, so you will need to book an appointment online since they don’t accept walk ins, but they will professionally cut your hair with your mask still on. An amazing place, and I would gladly recommend this location to anyone wanting to get a haircut.

Barber/experience: 5/5. Professional and did a great job. Spent significant time making sure they understood what I wanted before making any cuts. Never rushed even though another customer was waiting.Why only 4 stars? They don’t accept credit cards. In my opinion this is unacceptable in 2022.

First time visit to Headline!Needed a quick haircut yesterday (Friday, April 28) as I had several arrangements this weekend. Normally I would have made an appointment, but I took a last minute chance and just called if I could come by. They told me to be there in 20 minutes as they had an opening.I showed up, got sat in a chair right away, and after a couple of questions, my haircut experience began. The barber was friendly, chatty and inquisitive (as all good barbers are!) and he made the entire session very pleasant. He even trimmed my eyebrows.I asked if they do shaves with straight razors, and when I was told that they do ... I will definitely get one next time, when I have a some more time.Price wax reasonable, about the same as I have paid elsewhere.I will definitely return.

Amazing service, top quality haircuts and trims, fair price. Been going with Ash since before he opened Headline and always has treated me like family. He is very talented, pays attention to detail and takes his time, and he’s a great conversation. Both guys are masters at what they do and genuine, humble and down to earth guys.

This place is amazing!!! Wish every barber I'd been to was this good. Great atmosphere, super reasonable prices for the exceptional quality of work they do. They make you feel right at home.10/10 recommend.

I liked it here! It's small and quaint with only the two dudes (I think?) The guy who did my hair was nice and friendly we joked about my hair and chatted a lot. I kinda just sat down and said hook me up with a fade and make my beard look good, totally leaving it in his hands and he took it and ran! I left extremely happy with my cut, he used good products not too harsh his blade was sharp with no pulling. My face left feeling clean and fresh! I noticed the level of sanitation was satisfactory! washing hands and pulling out freshly cleaned tools drying and using clean towels. TWO MINOR MINOR ISSUES: 1st Cash only payment! I didn't know so they left me do an Email transfer! 2nd The one side of my face was a TINY bit uneven but i just fixed it up at home no issues! I will 100% return!!

I visited this place for the first time in May 2022. I was very impressed by the way Yilee (Turkish man) cut my hair. He was very friendly and gave me a good cut. They take only cash or e-transfer and I had no cash or phone with me. Yilee said that let me cut yo hair and then you go and take out money and give me. I was like - are you sure? Since, he immediately had that faith in me, I was impressed. The cut was 26 CAD and I gave him tip of 4 CAD. I highly recommend this place.
