I would not recommend Reliance after they came into my home. Drilled a hole in my floor ( and not a small one a 2 hole which I now have to replace the whole floor as they don't make what I have any more)

Team were completely professional did a great job and cleaned up beautifully. Showed me all the features of the furnace & Google nest thermostat. We moved into the 21st century converted from oil to high efficiency propane furnace. Thanks Reliance your a great Team.

Mr. B. took great care to thoroughly check and clean my furnace. He also provided some helpful tips on the care of the system. He even went as far as to regrade the drainage hose of the attached humidifier; something which previous techs wouldn’t do. I would be pleased to have him return for future visits.

Service was fantastic. The part needed to fix my AC unit arrived at my home at 2 o'clock this afternoon. I phoned Reliance right away to book an appointment to have the part installed. In just 2 hours Rob the service tech was at my door to get my unit up and running again. Unbelievable service. Also because I have their protection plan the $1000 repair cost me nothing. Overall, satisfied with service. Thank you for the service.Reliance came to repair a small leak before my jet pump on my water service line under the plumbing protection plan on a Saturday. The first tech repaired the leak with a plastic poly fitting. About an hour after the repaired installation, the fitting started to leak. (I understand this happens sometimes). This leak could only be contained for a period of time until the container had to be emptied. (Not comfortable with going over night) After noticing the leak could not be contained overnight, I called back on Saturday and they changed my appointment to Monday morning. Another Reliance tech came to repair the faulty installation. As mentioned above, I'm satisfied with the service, the techs are nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is that the tech did not return the same day to repair the leak caused from the initial installation. It was inconvenient to empty a container every 1-1/2 hours for 36 hours straight.

Have used Reliance for water heater before with no complaints. For this air conditioner, they came promptly, same day, diagnosed the problem and gave options to fix or replace. I opted to get a new conditioner. Was installed next day by knowledgeable, courteous and friendly technicians who finished in less than half a day. Excellent !

Very quick and efficient service. Did what was necessary to get the air conditioner working and did not attempt to talk me into additional service. Thus price was very reasonable. Took the time to discuss steps to keep the AC running and future maintenance that might be needed but did not attempt to push me to purchase replacement or service.

Johnathan was my sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and caring, ensuring we were happy and taken care of during the entire experience. He even stopped by during install to make sure things were going smoothly.The installers Justin and Wes were wonderful as well. Very personable, on time and hard working. Everything was explained fully when they were done and they ensured I had no more questions before leaving.10/10 experience!

Our service technician... William, was the best. He took the extra time required to do the job right. He repaired our system and explained how to perform the proper cleaning of our air conditioning unit. He also looked at our furnace and air cleaning unit inside the house and explained how our system operated. No other service technician has every taken the time to go through our system and explained things to us the way that he did. His service was exceptional. Thank you

Tim did a repair on our AC unit on a Sunday morning ( 24 hour response time). He was on time, very professional and nice to deal with. He diagnosed and repaired our unit quickly and under warranty. He also assisted in capping a gas appliance that was recently removed (no charge). We were very happy with this service call!!
