Needed to bring a freezer unit from Regina to Saskatoon, on the day of we were told they could no longer do it. We traveled to regina from our store in Saskatoon to get it ready for transport only to be told they could no longer do it. No apologies, no reason, no nothing. We ended up hiring the competition on short notice they were happy to help and also told us that this wasn't the first time they'd gotten business due to RDK suddenly canceling.

RDK is a great company! Definitely a career company. Been driving for RDK for 3.5 years, and they are top notch! Big enough to have the fleet to support large contracts and keep us busy, small enough that they know us on a first name basis rather than just by a number. Great dispatch/office staff. Friendly, professional, and that hard to find old school trucking mentality is what makes them unlike all the others.
