At first you approach any sort of coaching with trepidation. What makes this person the expert or “coach”? However, in just moments Richard will have you realizing what this is actually all about. Unlocking your own potential. It sometimes just takes an outside viewpoint to pull our heads out of our butts to see our own potential. I attended a retreat where Richard was one of the main coaches that talked and taught through the weekend. There were a lot of emotions that came up for me during that time.
