We returned from Jamaica on Saturday and have been wanting Jerk Chicken ever since. This was JUST as good as in Negril, huge portions, great prices and fantastic service. Can't recommend enough

Second time ordering the Jerk Chicken Meal (white meat). Overall great portion, the coleslaw is delicious, rice is good and the chicken was nice as well. Very filling, but the only thing standing between this being a 5 star review is that the Jerk Chicken didn’t taste much like jerk…it has a bit of a sweet taste to it as opposed to spicy. Nevertheless still an amazing meal and I will be back!

New staff doesn't give full change back or will add tip to machine without customer consent. I've been coming for over a year this just started happening. Also loyalty card bo longer works which is annoying. Won't be returning

I hate to put down a Black owned business but my goodness, this experience was terrible. I went in with two colleagues who are refugees, newly settled in Canada. The clerk didn’t understand my colleagues’ accents and instead of asking for clarification, he dished out the wrong thing. We saw this and told him it was wrong before he even gave them the food, but instead of just giving the correct order he became extremely argumentative and refused to correct it.Additionally, I didn’t end up getting anything because at least 4 of the things I wanted were out of stock.

Went there with my friends. Customer was so bad . Young guy has so much attitude. Will never go there again and I won’t recommend to anyone.

The customer service was terrible and coming into the store today was very disappointing. We had told the young gentleman our order (he gave us the wrong order), and refused to correct the order as he already shared the food out into the container and now making our second order. We asked for the order to be corrected but instead he was argumentative and decided to “educate” us on how running an enterprise business works instead of just redoing our order. Pretty disappointed by this interaction as we personally looked into Caribbean Black-owned restaurants while visiting Waterloo from Toronto.

Excellent authentic Jamaican food coupled with excellent customer service. Eat here is you're craving Jamaican classics. Their Curry Goat is fantastic.

Was craving Jamaican food today so I turned to Google as I am from out of town. I scanned the reviews and there were a few negative ones here but it was the closest one to me and the latest review was positive so I thought it was worth a try. Okaaay I’m so glad I did. I highly recommend! I was in search of a vegetarian option but they had none today so I indulged and got oxtail and a beef patty. I honestly think both were the best I’ve ever had. Top shelf service also, the guy who served me was great. Look forward to the next time.
