I somehow think they are buying the 5 star reviews. They put you on hold, ask your phone number and never return your calls. Also, they are so strict about the rules and stuff don't even care about customers. They never explained why the situation went wrong. Just straight to the result without any explanation. The paper detail is ridiculous and make mistake of Buyer and seller. I mean, come on? Is it really hard to understand which party is which?A bunch of book-smart, not a street-smart.I sincerely hope everyone could see this review. I got into a very bad situation and hope people can avoid this

This isn't regarding the law office itself as I know the owner through an acquaintance. I did want to share that a certain receptionist you had hired back in late 2013 - 2014 ish Stephanie Wynans (W) of whom worked as a legal assistant has poor moral character as she carried on numerous illicit relations including with her now spouse Mike Spaz (Spatharakis). which is why they have every profile on private and including they have nothing listed on the Land registry and all of their families as they both have a lot to hide for all of the people they have done this to. I realize she has since moved to Surrey with Mike since so many people have figured out their thing whereby they deceive many people into thinking they are both single and they both have a lack of empathy and compassion for others. Just putting this here because I think as a law office you were completely unaware. She actually only works for the law offices so that she can give her spouse Mike privileged information for his real estate sales and for his friends divorces, etc. Mike is the same way and that is why they live only in certain areas for so long. They are originally from Nanaimo, moved to Dawson's Creek and then Victoria and are now in Surrey. I hope out of moral high ground the people they have victimized will know they are not alone.
