We rented a Stavebank property in downtown TO for the past five years and highly recommend the company. Very fair and easy to deal with as a landlord. The few minor issues that came up were dealt with immediately and on our schedule. The property (Gardens at Queen) is in a great location and very modern living space - great for a young couple in the city!
