Diane who owns Mountain City Travel is enthusiastic and bubbly while being competent and accurate arranging all our travel logistics. She spent time to explain our options for travel insurance, flights, and hotel bookings and efficiently dealt with a myriad of changes that we requested. She adjusted to our itinerary to add more days to the beginning our trip and booking overnights in Vancouver on the way to our destination and the way home to allow for potential flight cancellations or weather related delays.Mountain City Travel coordinated our group tour with G-Adventures (Costa Rica), and their tour was well organized, with fantastic guides and everything was on time, with clean and well maintained buses. Travelling with them—we felt safe.While we were stuck in flight delays, Diane followed our trip online and phoned our hotel to confirm the reservation and our very late check-in.

We have dealt with Mountain City Travel for most of our previous travel experiences. Diane is able to continue with professionalism and a positive attitude during these trying times.
