Dr. Datta is one of the nicest doctors I've seen. He's caring, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this clinic.

If ever you are referred to this clinic be aware that this clinic is not to be trusted. don’t bother, as this clinic will gladly take you as a patient, bill ohip but does not tell you anything about the results.They don’t even send the copies of the reports to the doctor who referred you.This is unethical and bad practice, but who cares about you, as long as they get the money from ohip.

Worst experience ever!!!Very unprofessional receptionist for Dr.Yelenbaugen, very rude!!!I was booked for 11.30, was waiting for 45 min and told reception that going to washroom at 12.15. I could not find washroom ann returned to waiting area in less then a min.!Reception still did not tell anything and I was waiting to see the doctor for another 30 min...Then I asked reception what is going on?I am waiting such a long time (1hour and half) to see the doctor I booked!!!! She told you where in a washroom and I send other patients instead of you!!!!!! REALLY? IS THIS SERVICE??I went out for about a minute returned back was waiting 30 min and she even could not tell me that???????that she sent someone instead of me???Never ever go there!!Also I am going to complain to Health Board about this!!!This is my first visit there (I am new patient!) and such a poor unprofessional attitude to a person who was waiting appt 1 hour and went to washroom for minute?????

Horrible Place.Dr.Datta (Cardiologist) probably obtained medical license by bribing someone.I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.He is extremely rude and ill tempered.Does not listen to your opinion and rushes you out of the office to make more cash from the next patient.He does not care if you die in front of him.He just sees $ in the patients.STAY AWAYAster I wrote this review, the clinic owner replied my name doesn’t exist in their system.Yeah right. Truth hurts does not it.This Place is fake money grabber.All these 5 star reviews are done by their staff and friends.

Many thanks for monitoring my follow up appointments for tests and consultations. The cardiologist is very professional and friendly, and the technicians are skillful and polite.

We arrived at 4:00pm, appointment was at 4:30, and by 5:00pm still hadn't been seen by the doctor.They even saw a patient who arrived after us at 4:45pm before they saw us, with the excuse that it was a follow up.They have no concept of time nor respect it.We ended up leaving at 6pm, before the doctor saw us. One and a half hour after our appointment time. Everyone else had been seen and long left, at least an hour before us. We were the only black people there too, and we got treated this way. The doctor even accused us of abuse when we finally raised our voice, after more than an hour of trying to reason with them in a calm and reasonable manner. And when he heard the word black"

Receptionist is unprofessional for dr.Irina Yelenbaugen. Upon picking the phone she silently waited for me to start talking instead of saying at least “hello”.She was only saying “yes” “no” during the conversation. Zero elaboration, zero effort.

This was a terrible place to go to. I left. Before I had any tests done. Staff not professional wore no face masks. I felt unsafe in this location.

A bit of a mixed opinion. The specialists, the technicians, and the receptionist are friendly and knowledgeable. However, this place does not have enough staff members. Every time I've visited, I've had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. While the staff members are nice, the extended wait times makes for a frustrating experience.
